Trying to get your new baby into a nighttime routine can often be very challenging. Babies enjoy sleep; just not on the same sleep schedule as us. They turn night into day and day into night making it difficult to reverse the vicious sleep cycle. Mama & Me are here to help make your evenings that little bit easier with our ‘Starry Night’ Massage session. This particular massage is performed in the evening in a blacked out studio with calm sensory mood lighting to help your baby unwind and relax before bedtime. With the aid of soothing sleep music and an essential oil diffuser this is the perfect place to train your baby to sleep better at night! Nighttime massage can help your baby feel less irritable and also calms any excessive crying by reducing the body’s cortisol levels (stress hormone). Enhanced bonding through massage also helps parents relax and unwind at the end of a busy day too! Last nights Mama’s and babies thoroughly enjoyed themselves and I’ve already received a morning message to tell me that one of the babies slept for a whopping 9.5 hours straight. Could that be your little one? September session: Wednesday 13th 6-7:30pm £15

Handsome Oliver was a little unsure on Wednesday night but after lots of snacks and some playing with his toys he settled in very well. At Mama & Me we are all here to support one another. Whether that’s giving a helping hand or showing a friendly face of reassurance! We can’t wait to welcome this little guy back for his next class! (With snacks at the ready 😉💕) Huge thanks to Oliver’s Mummy for this very cute photo 🐘💙 #baby #babymassage #massageclass #babyclass #babygroup #babyplay #babyboy #mamaandmeek
