September's Leadership Virtue of the month: Raylee Cruz!

"Cheerleading helps me show my leadership skills by always trying to be someone my teammates can look up to and depend on. I make sure to encourage my teammates when they are struggling and remind them to keep going even when something is difficult. I believe being a good leader is not just about being the loudest person or being in charge, but about being there for others and setting a good example. I am always willing to help someone in need, whether are having a bad day, or just need someone to listen."
