22 was fun, hoping i can make 23 so much more Thanks to everyone who stuck around Im turning this account into an influencer type of page, I’ve wanted to for a while but I think I’m finally at a point physically where I can make the type of content l’ve always wanted to. I think my whole goal when I started my lifting journey was to inspire those who didn’t believe they could myself included, and many people who share similar conditions as I have the same belief, they don’t believe they can. Personal fitness for those with spinal fusion or scoliosis isn’t the end for your goals, it should be viewed as a second chance, because it definitely was for me. I’m finally able to show to others that it can be done, and they can do it too. These are just a bunch of random moments from 22 that I look back to.
