Whats up everyone!! Im back on here on IG. I havent been active for about a year and a half now. I havent been on here either. I know alot of you notice I completely went MIA....and there's a reason for that. Alot of my close ones tell me I dont have to explain nothing on here. But I feel some of you guys that I build a close connection with, looked up to me, the ones that see me as fam, and to my crew deserve to know what happen and where ive been.

So, I went through a rough patch this past 2 years I want to say. To the point where i had an altercation with my ex and for that I almost lost my kids from being part of my life. When I saw my side, my fault, my wrongs, I fell into a depression, a long hurt depression. That when I disappeared from the world. I cut my friends and family off. All my close loved ones, everything. From there my spirit and soul was just...dark...in pain...in a negative environment that I didnt realize was influencing me of becoming something not right. I wasn't in a good place. Eventually, in time 3 people didn't give up on me and never stopped reaching out to. The 3 REAL ones Im happy to say to call my Brothers. @raybeezkta_ @mikesozasr @andrian.martinez these guys never stopped reaching out to me, never give up on me. I eventually reached after a few months later. I apologize to them and thank them. They were my start in getting me cleaned up, and make the moves to do better and to getting my little ones back. The road wasn't easy still after that and there's more to tell but maybe for another time or by reconnecting with everybody.

Just know im doing better. My mindset is getting back on track and my spirit is coming back strong and im getting my kids back in life. I know at some point word got back to me about my name out there being talked about or whatever the case may be. Believe what you want, I won't be mad, just X yourself out of my life. I dont need anymore drama or gossips in my life, I'm done with that. Nobody knows what I've gone through or what I've been through. Just make it easy for me and dismiss yourself.

Other than that im ready to come back into the scene. Gonna train to fulfill my goals!!! Let's goo!!!!💀🙏

2025 Retro 5k Run.
It's the end of my summer season, now on to some more strength training and cross training on top of the running. No PR today, but we keep on the grind. @austinmarathon training block will start at the beginning of October and my next race will be the Lady of the Mountain Half-Marathon in November, can't wait.

🏋🏾Resistance Training is the best way to improve your health

📌The phrase, “I don’t resistance train because l don’t want to get too big or muscular,” is something I’ve been hearing often lately.
📌Typically, people visualize themselves in an unrealistic way when they say this.
✅In reality, building significant muscle mass takes years of consistency, following a structured routine, managing calorie intake (whether in a surplus or deficit), progressively overloading, and ensuring adequate recovery.
✅Genetics also play a major role, and in some cases, the levels of muscle gain people imagine may not even be achievable without performance-enhancing drugs.
✅Rather than focusing on potential muscle size, consider resistance training as a means to improve mental health, cardiovascular health, and bone density. It can also reduce the risk of heart disease, enhance quality of life, lower the risk of falls, and even decrease the likelihood of certain cancers.

🏋🏾 Movements Preformed
1/Incline Barbell Press (Chest)
2/Deficit Push Ups (Chest)
3/ Seated Overhead Tricep Extensions (Triceps)
4/ Cable Lateral Raises (Medial Deltoid)
