I love studying faces.

Shooting beauty with barely any makeup forces you to really look at someone. You don't get this close to people in real life. But behind a camera, there's this permission to just study someone. Learn their face while you're shooting it. Every single person is so wildly unique up close.

Happy Easter and missing Lucas in Madrid

Everyone has a story.
A battle.
A victory.
A loss.
A triumph.

The internal flame doesn’t come from comfort.
It comes from within — from spirit, from fight, from the lessons that marked us.

It’s forged by hardship.
Tempered by victory.
Shaped by love.
Tested by hate.

Leadership isn’t a title.
It’s a standard.

And if there’s one thing I want my kids to see when they look back at the stories and images I’ve shared, it’s this:

You never quit.
You never fold.
You never give up.

Because the fire inside you was built to endure.

Anyone looking to get out tomorrow and sick of staying in - join me to see my super talented nephew in Asbury for an artist showcase. Going to Lolas for a drink and then heading over. Hit me up if you want to join me !!

We truly hoped this time my dad would turn the corner. He’s fought with the same toughness and grit he spent his life teaching me—how to show up, how to stay strong, and how to keep going when things get hard.

He’s the kind of man who would never want life—or the work—to stop on his behalf. So I keep showing up every single day, especially while he’s still here, to honor the example he set.

He’s coming home now—to rest, to be comfortable, to sit by the window, watch the birds, and take in the nature he’s loved for a lifetime.

This season isn’t about fighting anymore.
It’s about honoring the lessons.
It’s about peace, grace, and trusting God with what’s next.

🙏
