Five years ago, I started serving at Family Church (now Liberty Church Middletown).

God led my family and me to the Northeast, and I’ve grown in ways I never knew I needed to. They say, “If you can make it in New York, you can make it anywhere.” 😂 And listen… being a New Yorker ain’t for the faint of heart. But looking back, these five years have been a dream.

I’ve experienced opportunities in ministry and in life that I never dreamed of or even prayed for. Just living in the goodness of God. I’ve also gotten to serve alongside some incredible people who love Jesus and pizza… what else could a guy ask for? 😂

If I could tell a younger version of myself anything, it would be: “Hang on. God knows exactly what He’s doing.”

And actually… I think I needed that reminder today too!

Five years later, I’m grateful for the life we’ve built, the people we love, and the privilege of calling New York home.

Happy 5-year New Yorkiversary to me and my family. 🗽❤️

New York, you’ve been good to us.
