Ray checked in with DC on his first day of school at Cornell's 1st-Year Summer Program. It's been an exciting time for Rayanu as he headed to Florida to accept his Gates Foundation Scholarship, graduate from Mount Vernon STEAM Academy, and get up to Ithaca. Destination: College is proud to name Ray a Jeff Cooney Memorial Scholar '23 for his dedication to our programs. Goooo Big Red!

ONE more round of 🎉 for our seniors, Juliani, Courtney, and Karmiel, who held the mantle high for Mount Vernon on Franklin Field in Philadelphia this weekend.

With fellow senior teammates, Rayanu, Sam, Jaylen, and Tavaughn; these young men are multi-sport athletes, honor roll scholars, and now rising college freshman. THANK YOU for leading your team on and off the field.
