5 years ago today, @blamemovie2021 was released out to the world and I still think about the pure craziness our cast and crew went through to make it all happen. To everyone who has supported this little Wisconsin indie film, I just want to say thank you so very much. It means the world to me. Now let’s all celebrate by watching it tonight! 😂

✨ MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: LAURA ✨ If you’ve taken class with @launelpaesedellemeraviglie , you already know… she LOVES to dance. Laura is one of our OGs and has been bringing her energy to Dance Fitness with Anna for over a year. What started with her sharing her background in competitive Latin dance turned into learning Bachata, Salsa & Cha Cha. And eventually Laura stepping up and creating choreography of her OWN 💃 And obviously, we couldn’t just keep it at @purefit_nsb We took Laura’s moves ALL OVER NSB☀️🌴💃 Our Member Spotlight is a chance to celebrate one of the girls in class, learn more about who she is outside of class, and let her bring a little piece of herself into what we do every Tuesday morning. Whether that’s a favorite song, a dance style, a hidden talent, a personal goal, or something completely unexpected. But my favorite part? Watching Laura step to the front of the room and TEACH. Seeing one of the girls go from taking my class, to confidently leading the women she dances beside every week, was such a special full-circle moment. Laura, this spotlight was SO YOU! Fun, fearless, a little spicy and full of life🌶️ We are so proud of you and absolutely LOVED having you step to the front of the room and teach us something new! Keep dancing. Keep creating. And keep bringing that Laura energy everywhere you go! #MemberSpotlight #NSB #WomenSupportingWomen

🇺🇸❤️ Happy Independence Day from all of us at NSB Studios! ❤️🇺🇸 Today we celebrate 250 years of America—a nation built on courage, resilience, hope, and the freedom to dream. Freedom isn’t just something we celebrate today; it’s something we strive to honor every day. The freedom to move our bodies, strengthen our minds, support one another, and build a community where everyone belongs. As we gather with family and friends, we pause to remember those who have sacrificed so that we can enjoy the liberties we often take for granted. We are grateful for the opportunities this country provides and for the incredible community that continues to support NSB Studios. 🎉 HAPPY 250, AMERICA! 🇺🇸 To celebrate, enjoy 25% OFF ALL Class Packages & Memberships all weekend long! ✨ Use Code: AMERICA250 Whether you’re ready to try your first class or continue your wellness journey with us, there’s never been a better time to invest in yourself. ❤️🤍💙 Wishing you a safe, joyful, and unforgettable Fourth of July! 🌐 www.NSBStudiosFL.com #Happy4thOfJuly #America250 #NSBStudios #NewSmyrnaBeach #Freedom
