Hyrox sim last week was brutal. I learned what I need to work on:

Sled pulls
Wall balls
Lunges

Running under fatigue aaa vastly improved. So I’m happy about that 🚀

New personal best. Did a hyrox sim yesterday.

The goal was to shave off 10 minutes and hit sub 1:04. I hit 1:04:45 🚀

Feeling more and more dialed in. Fitness is improving!

Stoked to keep it up!

Let’s stay with it savages 💪🏽
