Speaking on a panel and sharing my journey in front of over 200 young people is something I’ll never take for granted.

Looking back, I never imagined I’d be in a position to tell my story and hopefully inspire others to chase their own goals. Every challenge, setback and small win has played a part in getting me here.

A huge thank you to MyEnds for the opportunity and for putting together such an incredible event. Hopefully everyone who attended left believing that where you start doesn’t have to define where you finish. 👏

Yesterday I had the pleasure of speaking on the London's Violence Reduction Unit MyEnds Youth Link Up panel alongside the incredible @kaziabidur founder of @sunnamusk @dr.stephenaddison founder of @boxupcrime , Victoria Ayettey, Tyler Hinds and @rayy.moja founder of @puremoja

I've had the privilege of speaking on many panels over the past 10 years, and I can honestly say this was one of the most inspiring ones without a doubt.

Although we all came from different backgrounds so many of the same themes came up throughout the conversation: faith, resilience, discipline, self-belief and staying true to who you are.

Seeing so many young people give up their Saturday morning to invest in themselves, ask questions and learn genuinely gives me hope for the next generation.

Big up @kez_7727 and the entire London's Violence Reduction Unit team for inviting me to be part of such a meaningful day.

If you're wondering why there's a photo of me pushing a flight case, the sound system had other ideas before the panel, so I did what any production person would do, grabbed a flight case, set up the mixing desk and live engineered the panel before jumping straight on stage to speak. Safe to say the production manager in me never switches off! 😄

Here's to many more conversations that inspire, challenge and empower the next generation. 🧡

🚀 P4YE Youth Board @londonvru MyEnds Youth Link Up! 🚀

🎶 CHASE YOUR DREAMS....And that’s exactly what the day was about. 💭🔥

Two of P4YE's Youth Board members pulled up to the VRU MyEnds Youth Link Up for a packed day of energy, creativity, connection and opportunity — with young people at the heart of it all. 💯

There was 🎤 Open Mic, ⚽ Football, 🏀 Basketball, 🛼 Roller Skating, 🤝🏾 Networking, 💬 Real conversations, and 🚀 Big inspiration

And the guest panel? HEAVYWEIGHT. 🔥

⭐ Stephen Addison BEM — Founder, Box Up Crime
⭐ Kazi Abidur — CEO, Sunna Musk
⭐ Rayyan Rahman — Founder, Moja Drinks
⭐ Victoria Ayettey — Award-Winning Producer
⭐ Tyler Hinds — Co-Founder, Rooted Sports & Entertainment
⭐ Pembe Tokluhan — Founder, Petok Productions

The Southwark Young Advisors championed Youth Voice, showing why young people need to be at the table, shaping the conversations and solutions that affect their communities.

Young people learned how the VRU and MyEnds has reduced youth violence across London by creating safe spaces, building positive networks, opening doors and giving young people the platform and opportunities to thrive. 💯

From sharing ideas to hearing inspiring journeys, we saw the creation of new pathways, the building of confidence and young people help each other 🚀

Takeaways for the day?

🗣️Speak up.
✊🏾Take your space.
🎶 Chase your dreams.
💭 Believe in them.
🔥 Work for them.
✊🏾 Own them.

Youth voice. Youth opportunity. Youth leadership. Youth power.

Young People x @bigkproductsltd BBQ Workshop

At @projectzerowf this week, we were blessed to have good weather for our outdoor BBQ workshop, where he had a special guest @alexbigk7 come through to support and show the young people how to start/use/cook on a barbecue safely.

We also had another special guest @rayy.moja from @puremoja give some inspiration to the young people on his journey carrying his 100% fruit Juice Drinks Company.

Not forgetting our special @cheffingwithprincess who has been with @cwakitchen for approx 3 years as a young person, now working alongside me supporting young people herself in the kitchen

Being also to get brands ive been using for years to come support in what I do with the youngers as well as getting the youngers to come in and support their ages group is something I would of never seen being able to happen. So thank you to all that help, support and see the work I do away from the food/catering side of the company.

A great day put together for the young people to enjoy, interract and work as a team ❤️🙏🏽

A little highlight reel for Combat Series 4 🔥

So much talent and explosiveness from clubs in one night 🙌
The future of the MMA scene is looking seriously bright with these young athletes coming through 💪

Interclubs are such an important part of that journey — giving youngsters the chance to experience stepping into a cage or ring in front of a crowd, but in a much safer environment with less pressure. It’s all about learning, growing, and building confidence the right way 👊
