✨ 2024, what a year it’s been! ✨

Even though it’s already February 2025, I’m still taking in all the incredible things that happened last year. 🙌 From working with amazing clients to celebrating 13 years in real estate, every moment has been a reminder of why I do what I do. 🩷💚

A highlight? The unforgettable client party where we celebrated YOU, the amazing people who make this journey so special. 🥂 And 13 years in real estate? What an incredible ride it’s been! 🎉

As I look ahead to 2025, I’m reflecting on the things to release and the things to focus on and working to determine how I’ll be part of the resistance this year — whether it’s fighting for my clients’ dreams, transforming the real estate industry or speaking loudly for the causes and communities I care about. 🌍🍉✊🏻

Here’s to continued learning, finding joy, and making it through 2025 in community 🏡✨

This Sunday, October 29th we are making one last big push to let neighborhood residents know about Monday’s Morrison Creek Revitalization Meeting on October 30th. We need volunteers to help us spread the word and get people excited to give their input.

We are meeting at 10am at the Logan St. parking lot near the baseball diamond for a brief training before separating in pairs for canvassing. It’s a really fun time!

If you’re interested in helping us by knocking on doors and talking to neighbors face-to-face this weekend or in the future, please sign up to volunteer with us through the link in our bio or by following this link: https://forms.gle/fnFGSRU1jwUZQSDW8

A year in zendrenaline: amazing partners (not as many as last year), broken talus, climbing comeback, and views. The views! #zendrenaline #climbing #rockclimbinglife #climbingismypassion
Notice that although my bandanna is pulled down for pics, I always pull it up when not able to distance from people not in my pod.

Thanks to everyone who came out to our general membership meeting on May the 4th. Congrats to all of the advisory council members who were selected to represent your communities! We look forward to the exciting work you will do activating your neighborhoods and getting input about how the Community Land Trust can improve your communities.
