Last Thursday was our first Chapter Chatter of the year, and it was a BLAST 🥳 we had an awesome crowd, engaging speakers, participants from other districts, and a cute photo-op!

Another special thank you to @smilewithsuki and @razelindentistry for speaking to our district about all things social media, and how to navigate it as a dental student.

Tune into this month’s Chapter Chatter (Sept 29) as we delve into wellness. More info to come! 🤭

✨The 321 method ✨is a technique that will help you to overcome procrastination. First of all you need to clearly identify the task you need to do, then countdown from 3 and take the first step immediately at 1, work for at least 5 minutes to overcome the initial resistance to get started.✅ #dentistry #student #dentist #easy #procrastination #technique

Hey students, Do you want to succeed at your degree? - the academic life can be tough! Between all the homework, exams, and extracurricular activities, it’s so easy to get caught up in the grind and forget to have some fun. But trust me, finding the right balance between hitting the books and living your best life is so important. The secret? Follow the 80-20 rule. Spend 80% of your time crushing those academic goals - nail those exams, turn in those papers, and make your GPA shine. But save that other 20% to recharge, relax, and enjoy yourself too.
Think about it - what’s the point of all that hard work if you never get to actually experience college life, right? That’s why you need to make time for both the grind and the good times. Follow for more advices 🦷❤️ #dentistry #hardwork #student #study #dentist #easy #fun

🚨THIS IS NOT A DRILL🚨
📣 Chapter Chatter is BACK! 📣

D7 is excited to bring back its Chapter Chatter series, where each month ASDA members can tune in and chat. This month the topic is Dental Influencing 101: Using social media to elevate your chapter.

We will have 2 guests with us to discuss this topic:
🩷 Razel, ASDA District 10 Pre-Dental co-chair
🩷 Suki, D7 Social Media Co-Director.
Both have significant followings on social media and use it to enhance their dental school experience.

The Chapter Chatter will be on Thursday, August 29th, 7pm EST (6pm CST).

Participants will be entered into a raffle to win D7 goodies!
