So glad I got to catch up with Ricardo and all the guys at @novaforcauk 🙏🏼

These guys were fundamental to my martial arts journey and my childhood. They took in a 16 year old and helped him develop confidence, skills and find his passion in life 👊🏼

I’m embarrassed how long it’s taken to come back to Nova Forca but it couldn’t have been a better visit! If you’re in or around Epsom, there is no better BJJ gym near you!

Right before I take the leap into pro MMA, it’s been great to reflect on how far I’ve come, where I started, who I was then and who I’ve grown up into. I’ve never forgotten about these guys and I will always represent them as best I can 🙏🏼❤️

Eats. Sleeps. Goes to the gym. Repeat. Vain. Always last out of the changing room. Will be the linchpin in the heat of the battle.
