I am blessed to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic journey at Rowan College of South Jersey - Cumberland. This wouldn’t have been possible without the help of many people but first I’d like to thank my parents and family who have shown support since day one and sacrificed so much time, money, and effort to help me get to this point. Next, I would like to thank all my coaches so far on this journey especially Nicky Nardini and the rest of the @ngsaintsbaseball staff and @coach_christianlee and the rest of the guys @njpridebaseball. Last, I’d like to thank Coach Londino and the rest of the @rcdukes_base staff for giving me this opportunity, Go Dukes.

Congratulations Dukes!

Last week at the Region 19 Meetings in Atlantic City, RCSJ-Cumberland Athletics were selected as Champions of Character for their exemplary service to their community and honorable sportsmanship during competition. This is the first time the Dukes have been selected for this award.

“Champions of Character isn’t just what we do. It’s who we are,” Asst Director of Athletics, Jeanna DuBois, said. “Im proud to be a Duke.”

Jeanna was instrumental in the Dukes being recognized for this award as she spearheaded the organization and execution for the many community service events the Dukes took part in during the 2025-26 season.

It is with heartbreaking sadness that we share the news of the passing of long time @rcdukes_base assistant coach, Tom Ryder.

A career that spans nearly 5 decades, Coach Ryder joined the Dukes staff in 2014 and was a part of 2 Region XIX Championships, 3 World Series Appearances, 2 National Championship Game appearances, and 1 National Championship (2019).

In his primary role as catching coach, Coach Ryder mentored 11 catchers who moved on to the NCAA level. Beyond that, Coach Ryder was an influential figure to countless players, coaches, and administrators around the country.

We send our condolences to all of his friends and family but we are comforted in knowing he is truly where he wants to be; reunited with his lovely wife Miss Linda.

The Crown Jewel Award goes to the individual or team who had the best single game performance for the entire Dukes Athletics Year. Lucas had a fantastic baseball season as a freshman with the Dukes and even threw a No-Hitter on Sophomore Day! 🚫🥊

Congrats Lucas!
