And then came the prayers🔥🔥

A new season requires more than a position, it requires grace, wisdom, strength and the help of God. As prayers were lifted for the new executives, we trust God to equip them for the work ahead and make them vessels unto honour.

May they lead well, serve faithfully, and finish strong🙇🏾‍♀️

One by one, they answered the call🔥❤️

Some came with tears, some came with steeze, but every step to the altar carried the weight of a new responsibility and the beginning of a new season.

The call has been made. The mantle has been received.✨

Why CEOs, Executives, Public Officials Should Register for SIL Masterclass 2026

In today’s fast-changing business and public leadership environment, leadership is no longer defined only by the quality of decisions a CEO or public official makes, but also by the ability to communicate those decisions with clarity, confidence and influence.

Every day, CEOs, executives and public officials communicate with employees, investors, citizens, the media, stakeholders, partners and international audiences. A poorly delivered message can create confusion, damage reputation, trigger unnecessary controversy or undermine confidence in an otherwise sound policy or business decision. Conversely, a powerful voice, a compelling message and confident delivery can inspire trust, mobilise people and transform ideas into action.

This is why SIL Executive Masterclass has been conceived as more than a conventional public-speaking programme. It is an executive communication and leadership experience designed to equip decision-makers with the communication skills required to lead effectively in an increasingly visible and competitive world.
