Our best event yet, inside a $2.8 million new build.

It got so big, the police tried to shut us down.

Here’s what makes this one special. This whole deal came together through Legacy.

The wholesaler who found the lot, the designer, and the builder all met at Legacy events. Then they ended up on the same project, and this is the result.

That’s what a community is for. Not just learning about deals, but meeting the people who make them happen.

A $2.8M new build. A wholesaler, a designer, and a builder, all from Legacy. A packed house.

Also home is active for sale now, DM if you want a private tour.

Want to be in the room for the next one? Join Legacy, link in bio.

$2.8 million 6500 sq ft Custom New Build

This is what our members are doing!

If you were not here you used a premier Legacy Wealth Group Event. Property was spectacular. We continue to bring some of the best networking opportunities in the REI Space.

Love that we have such large time outs, people are really being connected. This project is a prime example. Almost everything on this project came together through our network. The wholesaler who found the lot, the designer who put it together, the builders of this home, all legacy members that connected at events just like this.

Police tried to shut our event down!

We had so many people show up they were not having it.

All seriousness we did have a legacy wealth group event today on a 2.8 million dollar new build and had over 70 people come through on a random Tuesday. That’s the power of networking and our community.

The traffic was legit, the parking was crazy blocking the street and the cops got called. Talking to the cop she just couldn’t understand how we had so many people show up. Not sure if they thought we were doing a house party or something illegal but didn’t make sense to her and they had to investigate.

Ultimately the cops were cool, they saw we were trying to promote a nice house to the community. We moved some cars and they finally went about there day. Lesson learned get a permit in Wayzata if you expect a big group to show up to a house.

My guy @rchatts60 kept his cool the whole time, love it. And by the way it’s their project. Check it out super dope new build.

But hey we getting so big I guess even the cops trying to come now…

Join the movement!

Million dollar luxury investments aren’t just a dream.

It’s a reality when you plug in with the right network!

This entire project started with connections inside Legacy Wealth Group. The contractor. The wholesaler. The designer. Every single piece of this million dollar luxury build in Wayzata came through the community, real people, real connections, all inside Legacy.

On October 13th, I’m sitting down with @rchatts60 of @norbrook_construction to walk through exactly how this build came to life, start to finish. One vision, the right connections, and a finished $1M+ home to show for it.

This is what being a Legacy member actually means. It’s not just access. It’s the room where your next project, your next partner, your next build actually gets made.

Come see what the room actually makes possible. Register now, spots are limited.

This is what real progress looks like.

On site at one of Ryan Chatterton’s and NorBrook construction new builds with his team. Not a classroom. Not theory. An actual project with real numbers and real decisions being made.

Ryan specializes in new construction both for clients and for his own investment portfolio. But what stood out most in this conversation wasn’t just the build. It was the ecosystem behind it.

We break down the process and economics of this project. How the deal was structured. Why the numbers work. And how the right team makes or breaks a new build.

I also asked Ryan about his experience inside Legacy. The connections. The relationships. And how he met his designer through the community who is now actively helping on these exact projects.

This is what happens when investors stop trying to do everything alone and start building real teams.

Community turns into collaboration.
Collaboration turns into execution.
Execution turns into scale.

This is Legacy.

If you want to be around people actually building not just talking this is what that looks like.
