Great turnout in Naples last week, and even better conversations about what it takes to own a dental practice! We brought together dentists, dental students, and industry professionals to discuss financing, choosing the right location, construction, and avoiding costly mistakes along the way. Loved seeing so many D3 students getting involved early and asking great questions! A big thank you to everyone who attended, Ideal Practices, RCI Construction, and all the professionals who shared their experience and expertise. If you missed this one, hope to see you at the next! #DentalPracticeOwnership #Dentistry #DentalStudents #NaplesFL

A new dental practice is taking shape in Port St. Lucie, and we’re building the technology infrastructure behind it. 🦷🔧 For @mycapdental , our team is handling the complete technology setup, including: • Structured network cabling • Data drops throughout the office • Network infrastructure & connectivity • Audio system installation • Workstation setup • Computer and peripheral connections • Technology setup for each operatory • Low-voltage infrastructure From the cabling behind the walls to the workstations at the front desk, we’re making sure this practice has the technology it needs to operate from day one. The construction is still underway, but the foundation for a fully connected dental office is already in place. 💻⚡️

Waiting another year to open your own practice can feel like the safe move. But in Southwest Florida, the market isn't standing still. More dentists and corporate practices are entering the area, and every new practice changes the opportunity for the next one. The market you're considering today may not look the same when you finally decide you're ready. This Thursday, we're getting a small group of associate dentists together in Naples to talk through what practice ownership actually looks like. 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝟰 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁. Stephen Trutter of Ideal Practices has helped more than 900 dentists make the move into ownership, and we'll have the right team in the room to answer the questions that usually slow doctors down. You don't need to be ready to open tomorrow. You just need to be thinking about what's next. 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟴 | 𝟲:𝟯𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴'𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲, 𝗡𝗮𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 Dinner is covered. Spouses are welcome. No pitch, just straight answers. RSVP link in bio. #DentalPracticeOwnership #DentalStartup #AssociateDentist #FloridaDentist #NaplesFL

Growth requires more than a vision. It requires presence. One of the biggest lessons in building a business is understanding that relationships don't build themselves. Opportunities don't create themselves. Markets don't open themselves. Sometimes, you have to be the one in the room, making the introductions, creating the connections, and educating the people around you. That was the opportunity with Texas. Instead of trying to manage everything from behind a desk, the focus became building the right team, creating the right systems, and putting the right people in place. Once that happens, you stop working in the business and start working on the business. The result? A market expansion that was carefully planned, strategically executed, and profitable in less than six months. A vision is important. Execution is what makes it real. #TitleLawGroup #BusinessGrowth #Leadership #InvestInTexas #TLGStyle

For a lot of dentists, the dentistry is the easy part. It's the unknowns of owning a practice that hold them back. Is it the cost? Or not knowing where to start? If you'd rather buy, will the staff and patients stay? Those answers start with the team you build around you. On Thursday, October 8, you can sit down with that team over dinner at Fleming's in Naples, with @stephentrutter of @idealpractices, who has guided more than 900 dentists through opening their own practice. No pitch, and dinner's covered. Worst case, you leave with a good steak and a clearer next step. It's capped at 20 dentists, and seats are already being claimed. Know a dentist who keeps saying "someday"? Tag them below. Reserve your seat through the link in my bio. #Dentist #AssociateDentist #DentalStartup #PracticeOwnership #NaplesFL

Growth doesn’t happen by standing still. One of the biggest lessons in business is understanding that there’s always another level. New ideas, new markets, new relationships, new opportunities. The companies that keep growing are the ones willing to adapt, evolve, and execute. For us, Texas was exactly that opportunity. We already had clients investing there. We already had relationships being built. The demand was there, so we created a plan, put the right people in place, invested the time, and executed. Less than six months later, Texas is not only supporting itself — it’s producing results. Success doesn’t come from talking about the plan. It comes from showing up, building relationships, making sacrifices, and following through every single day. A clear vision. A solid plan. Consistent execution. That’s how growth happens. #TitleLawGroup #BusinessGrowth #Leadership #InvestInTexas #TLGStyle

Success isn’t a straight line. You’re going to win. You’re going to lose. You’re going to hit plateaus. The difference isn’t what happens to you — it’s how you respond when it does. One of the biggest myths in business is the idea of overnight success. Behind every successful entrepreneur are years of sacrifice, long nights, missed events, difficult conversations, setbacks, and an endless commitment to keep moving forward. The reality is that growth requires effort. It requires discipline when no one is watching and consistency when things aren’t going your way. The people who build something meaningful don’t stop when things get hard — they keep going. The journey isn’t perfect. The goal is to keep growing. 🇪🇸 El éxito no es una línea recta. Vas a ganar. Vas a perder. #TitleLawGroup #EntrepreneurMindset #BusinessGrowth #Leadership #TLGStyle

✨ Three years with CARR and when I look back, what stands out most are the people and the relationships built along the way. Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of helping healthcare professionals and practice owners across South Florida and Southwest Florida with important real estate decisions, leasing, purchasing, relocating, expanding, and opening new medical and dental practices. Every project is different, but it always starts with understanding the person, the practice, and the vision behind it. ⭐ A special thank you to a few of the incredible people pictured here: • Dr. @alexandrazabala25 & @oceanvibedentalfl | Fort Myers • Dr. @drjarodward & @crownchiropractic | Fort Myers • Dr. @sa.amethyst & @harmony.dental.studio Dental | Bonita Springs • Dr. Matthew Walsh & Center for Vision & Learning | Naples • Dr. @dreah0201 & @riverviewendo | Bonita Springs • @melissa.g.jacobs.94 & @spaofawakening | Naples And to the many clients I couldn’t possibly fit into one post, thank you. 🙏 Thank you for your trust, your referrals, and for allowing me to be part of your journey. I’m equally grateful for the industry and community partners I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside, including @rcigroupinc , @stevensconstructionfl , @idealpractices , @ccmsonline and the @greaterfortmyerschamber , along with the lenders, attorneys, contractors, architects, consultants, healthcare organizations, and referral partners who make this work possible. It truly takes a community. 🤝 Three years later, I believe this more than ever: It’s all about relationships. People do business with People. Grateful for the first three years, and excited for the relationships still ahead. ✨ David Rodriguez Healthcare Real Estate Agent | @carrhealthcare South Florida | Southwest Florida Buy • Lease • Invest | Healthcare Real Estate Agent Tenant & Buyer Representation David.Rodriguez@carr.us #HealthcareRealEstate #MedicalRealEstate #DentalRealEstate #SouthFloridaRealEstate #SouthwestFloridaRealEstate #CARR #Grateful

In the last episode, Jorge Ruiz shared how he built one of Florida’s largest medical build‑out companies. Now he opens up about the part most people never see — the losses, the setbacks, and the rebuild. After the 2008 crash, Jorge lost millions. He moved to North Carolina, lost more, and eventually came back to Florida in 2009. With just $1,400, he restarted everything. For two years, he worked six–seven days a week, grinding nonstop. Then in 2020, a bad partnership left him with $1.7M in debt. Eight months later, that entire debt was gone. Same formula: discipline, relentless work, traveling the entire state, doing whatever it took. He calls himself a workaholic — vacations make him anxious to get back to building. He wakes up every day like he’s starting from zero, reinvesting most of what he earns and refusing to get comfortable. This is the mindset behind RCI Group: stay hungry, stay moving, stay building. That’s how you rebuild millions.Learn more about business resilience and commercial construction operations. #TitleLawGroup #EntrepreneurMindset #Resilience #TLGStyle #Leadership
