Went to war, lost some battles, had a great time Very German coded My first world marathon major in the books! Couldn’t have asked for a better crew to travel and experience this with. A special shoutout to three amazing women I look up to who inspire me to run through the highs and lows. I wouldn’t be running if it wasn’t for @heidimwilliams encouraging me to run my first marathon and getting me into the sport @drdanifrommiami for being the best PT and guiding me through the small niggles that happen here and there. (She actually encourages me to stop running sometimes) And of course, my amazing coach @hiruni_w for dealing with me on a daily basis through the doubts. (She also sometimes encourages me to run less) Onto the next! @myolympiccoach @runningwithlucho

The Salis Road Show starts now! Miami we’ve landed 🛬 First stop: iRun & Company Years before anyone knew the name Salis, @irun_company opened their doors to us — no track record, no proof, just a bet on a brand that believed in serving runners first, the same way they do. That’s run specialty. Knowing your customers by name. Remembering what race they’re training for. Showing up every week for over a decade to hold space for our local community because that’s what runners deserve. Tomorrow, we’re excited to be back where it all started. 📍 iRun Miami | Thursday, June 18 at 7pm Support Run Specialty. Shop local. See you on the roads.

I don’t condone chick fil a but make sure you get your carbs in one way or another. I prefer sourdough bagels. 2 everyday. 1 before the run. 1 after the run. Dalé @myolympiccoach x @runningwithlucho

Coming off an awesome weekend in Eugene, Oregon for @eugenemarathon! It was a successful trip with a 2nd place finish in the half marathon on a beautiful spring morning. However, the cooler part of the trip was getting to bring along multiple athletes from @myolympiccoach who walked away with several PRs (almost 100% rate) and an awesome experience in a town with history rooted in distance running. I am very proud of all their strong races. It was also so great to see so many friends from CU and my Nike days who call Oregon home. I can’t wait till next time! #running #eugenemarathon #myolympiccoach #tracktownusa
