👆👆INVISIBLE ILLNESS WARRIORS OUT THERE 👆👆

Just because others try to build glass houses around us does not mean we need to abide.

I say fuck 🤬 that.

So what if we have to do it slower.
So what if we have to do it differently.

What matters is…

Dream fucking BIG and don’t stop till you achieve 🏆 the life you dream of.

We are just as worthy as they are.

So stop listening to their bogus words and do you boo💁🏻‍♀️!!

“OMG 😱 you think I was always like this?!”

“Girl!! You silly goose, this took work.”

I’ve been like this so long now, that I forget that many don’t know the other side of me.

The one who didn’t realize just how strong 💪 and powerful she was.

The lioness who coward in the corner because she felt sorry 😣 for herself and the shit that happened to her.

Growing 🆙 I wasn’t taught to own my strength. That shit came with my own work.

It came from the unspoken words I saw my mom, my aunt, my sister, my grandmother and all the women around me doing in bits and pieces and the lioness within me got hungry enough to want that all the damn time.

I didn’t want bits and pieces…I wanted it all!

So I worked on it…and I’ve worked hard…and I promise you my warrior friends, if you stick by me you will find your power too!

Because if it’s one thing I know how to teach, it’s harnessing your own inner badass and unlocking her ass to be free 💁🏻‍♀️ forever.

So, Drop a 💪 if you plan on sticking around!!

𝗜 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗧 🙅🏻‍♀️ do what you do!!

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁!?

Get healthier, make friends, post on social, change lives with no experience, be kind, and be 𝗨𝗡𝗔𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗬𝗢𝗨!?

I call bullshit.
Wanna know why?

Because I used to think the same damn thing yet here I am, proving to old me that the 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗢𝗠 is there if I allow myself to feel it.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗺𝗲??

I can’t 🙅🏻‍♀️ do what you do.

Oh you mean...

•earn a paycheck.
•get healthier.
•help others feel good too.
•earn free trips 🏖 to other countries.
•have no experience.
•be socially awkward.
•make friends.
•create the life YOU deserve and work for your own dreams not someone else’s!!

“I call bullshit.”

I had no idea 🤷🏻‍♀️ 3 years ago what being a coach truly meant. I didn’t know how to run a business...shit I still don’t fully know but I’m damn sure good 😌 at winging it. And so can you!

I’m looking for 3️⃣ babes who are down to give themselves 30 days.
And if you aren’t happy on the last day, I’ll give you your 💵 back.

That’s how much I believe you can!

So...what do ya say?

Want me to spill the deets on how you can feel good, make some side 💵, and help some people while winging it with me?

Shoot me over your fave emoji 💕

I SURE THE FUGG 🖕 DIDNT ASK FOR THIS DISEASE...

but I damn sure am not rolling belly 🆙 over it either!

My skin has been itchy AF, feels like fire in some spots, I’m weaker than normal (so sadly I havent been getting my sweat 🏋🏻‍♀️ on), I shake more often, pain in the face...you get the just.

We have control over how we act and or react. And well usually when my body is reacting to something with my lovely friend #multiplesclerosis, it’s because of a way I acted.

•lack of sleep.
•food choices.
•productivity in the day.
•thinking too much.
•stress.
•being alive.

Now I can throw a temper tantrum 😡😭 and make things worse.

Or...

I can work with what I have and go from there.

We are all built like a deck of cards and whatever hand we are given we should make the best of.

I’m no sore loser, nor do I need to have a fit😫, so ima be over here working with my MS friend and getting our shit back together. So we can move forward in a less turbulent way.

Because I plan on getting back to feeling Good AF 💁🏻‍♀️!

What are you going to be doing??

“YOU ARE MORE THAN THEIR WORDS 🗣 MY FRIEND!”

You hear me babes?

You are more than the naysayers, the negativity, the ones who don’t believe in you.

You...I mean WE...are worthy of great things.

Keep moving forward and use the words like they are fuel ⛽️, gas up and keep going!

One day they will see what you were doing it all for and they will be like “Oh. I should’ve been kinder, supported more, and been right their with her.”

Yes words have power but we don’t have to allow them to beat us down. Instead utilize them to our 💁🏻‍♀️ advantage!

You hear 👂 me don’t you??

Who else 😡 was told this??
•
•
•
“Children are to be seen and not heard 🤫.”

Fuck you!!

It irritated the fuck out of me as a child and all it did was bring resentment and self conflict issues.

I became the one who was “okay, sure babe” kinda gal.

Even though it fucking killed me within. Just as it did when I was a kid.

I would never tell this to my kids. Especially my daughters. I want them all to know they have a voice. And I want them to use it now.

I didn’t find my voice until I was 27.

20 fucking 7️⃣. For real?!

And even then it took time to develop. So here I am at 38 and I finally feel free.

I speak my values.
I state my opinion.
And I stand tall like the fucking goddess warrior I know I am.

And I’m paving the path for others like me to know they don’t need to be “seen and not heard”.

Fuck that. Stand tall babe. And make sure everyone hears you. Because you were not meant to blend in. None of us are.

So stand out! And break that chain ⛓ from you now 👏.
