My favorite YouTubers to watch for book recommendations and journal inspo!!

@katieiisreading for her vlogs which are so enjoyable and give me a ton of book recs from different genres, her baby kitty Daisy who always provides a cute distraction. I love the wide variety of cozy content she shares.

@cassandra.lynn.reads for her beautiful hand drawn journal entries and of course her AMAZING maps! I love Cass’s book recs bc we have very similar tastes.

@littlemissmacaron_ for her broad variety of journal entries and content that revolves around more than just book journaling, I love her bullet journal visions!

@readingwithmichaela for her detailed and long journaling videos with a side of comedic relief. I love her journal set up videos for the new year!

✨️ Do you want the journal tour? ✨️

I've finally got my reading journal up to date 🥹 it's been so fun to see the pages get filled! 🌱

If you want to see how I make my spreads ~ I post videos over on YouTube if you're interested to see more 🤗

I joined the in person book club meet ups with @wellandreadjhb in May and since we get some cool print outs and lil goodies, I decided it would be fun to include book club spreads for May and June 😁 (and onwards! 🫡)

My bookish passport spread is inspired by @readingwithmichaela "where I've traveled in books" spread ✈️🌍📚💕

Mid-year freakout tag!

Made this in my companion journal, so wanted to share. There are a few different versions, so I used the prompts in the setup video @readingwithmichaela did.

Wanted to keep this simple as a lot of the covers are fairly busy-looking.

New release I haven't read - Do Ask, Do Tell

Second half of the year anticipated release - Grim Tidings

Biggest surprise (derogatory) - We Love You, Bunny

Best Sequel Read So Far - A Fate of Blood and Magic

Made Me Happy - In The Weeds

Made Me Cry - The Five People You Meet in Heaven

New Favourite Author - Sarah Beth Durst

Best Book Read So Far - Keeper, @annawriteshere
