I have absolutely loved the whole Magnolia Parks series every step of the way and the new book did not disappoint… it had me in tears from the get go and really was an emotional rollercoaster - just as the whole series as been. 🎢

This book was over 700 pages of emotional turmoil and I didn’t want it to end! I don’t know what it is but Jessa’s writing has me hooked, I can’t put it down and I can’t stop recommending her to everyone I meet.

I know many people have issues with the toxic relationship of BJ and Magnolia but personally I really enjoyed seeing their characters develop and change across the series. It was a nice change to read about flawed characters that weren’t easy to love immediately, yet I couldn’t help rooting for them. You’ll have to read it yourself to find out how things end but I don’t think I have ever cried and laughed so much at one book.

I'm really proud of my beautiful girl today.

Operation day unplanned with two days' notice, and Sophie sailed through it.

I had no tears, took her own medication, and just wanted to play and eat ice cream.

💭 𝗠𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 - Honestly, yes and no. I'm a maxed out introvert, and although I enjoy meeting up and seeing my friends, I'm mentally drained after just a few hours. So you can imagine how making new friends makes me feel. It's a relief to have been able to make friendships through booksta as I've found many other like-minded people. I can go off the grid, and they don't fret too much as they just know I'll be back to continue the conversation or join in as and when.

Have to give it to everyone over at #bitcrackbookclub because they are absolutely awesome and don't batter an eyelid when I drop out the chat for days if not weeks but then will pop back in with something totally random or picking up the conversation as if I hadn't been AWOL 😅🤣

Fantasy has never been my bag and I don’t say it is so went into powerless thinking is this going to be readable for me ! Well it actually was !! I would say very mild fantasy ! I’d seen so much of this on tik tok and booksta I had SUCH high expectations ! Well ……it was good 👍 I enjoyed it ! Not what I expected I will say and did at times find myself wanting to put it down ! Very slow burn but soon has you turning pages to the end ! Will I pick up the next one? Probably but won’t run to the shops when it’s out but will defo pick it up at some point ! I love a fast paced thriller that makes you want to read more and more this was just what I wanted for the last week or so !!! It has taken me such a long time to read as I have been so poorly for 2 weeks now and picking a book up has not been easy !!!it’s got some great characters none I particularly likes haha but that makes it all the more exciting ! It’s very twisty and turning and the end !!!!! The end 😳🤯 iykyk !!!! Go check it out !
