Flashback last Saturday evening experience for IKISE Beauty Workshop speaking by the Mentor Ida Tan. Thanks to her briefing lesson whereas my GF & I tried 5 basic steps for facial washing & cleansing. We had our interesting experience.

Saturday morning like this 🌿

Started the weekend with a Tai Chi practice at Mandai Rainforest Resort, surrounded by greenery and the sounds of nature.

I loved the gentle pace — moving with the breath, feeling into each movement and allowing myself to simply be present.

No rushing anywhere. Just enjoying the morning, the fresh air and the quietness around me. ☀️

A little movement, a little stillness, and a beautiful reminder that slowing down can feel so good. 💚

Age has never been the limit. Confidence hasn’t either.

Watching women embrace movement at every stage of life is exactly why we do what we do.

Here’s to showing up, feeling strong, and wearing what makes you feel your best.

Featuring @real.ida.tan — founder of @rubadubdubsg , a dancer and a mum of two. She’s living proof that strength, confidence, and style have no age limit.
