It takes a village and THIS is my Village.

Our Loopwell team retreat to our Hudson Valley Mountain House did not disappointment. The day started out with a nature hike and a meditative “Intention Crawl” around our 28 acre property. Kind of like a bar crawl but instead of stopping at bars drinking, we stoped at beautiful nature hubs along the hike and shared reflections of the year and intentions/goals for the rest of the year. Our last stop was at the Labyrinth (homemade by myself ✨) It was a very peaceful and spiritual moment.

We then moved onto to a delicious, pot luck healthy lunch filled with colorful, clean and nourishing dishes, including Ayurvedic and Vegan specialties (thank you Kanan & Vinni) Each was prepared by our team with love, who have been inspired by our time in the Loopwell Kitchen.

Next was our purifying spa time with infrared sauna, hot pool and natural cold air immersion. (Photos not included as per request. Too early for bathing suits shots 😉) We ended with a birthday celebration for our Feb/March birthdays.

It was a lovely day and great way to do a spring reset. I highly reccomend it for all companies and groups to explore this opportunity to share with your team and lead with purpose.

I am beyond grateful to our small, but very mighty team. I could not be building this Unicorn without you”
