POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A lil BTS with the boys lol. I’m going to document more.
Miss the days I used to vlog on YouTube, so I made sure everyone held or spoke to the camera at some point 😂 but shoot got too busy and we forgot that part. Just wanted to shoutout these guys because they honestly made this possible.
Called @asvp_jethy the previous day asking if he was down to shoot an Ad. Man said “I’m down, why not?” First time acting too, but bro just trusted himself. Got to set, our main actress bailed, backup actress bailed. We literally found someone random at the hotel and asked if she was down, and she said yes shoutout to her too @classy_jessicad . @damian_blvck I won’t expose bro😂, but he did his thing even while drained.
Shoutout to the directors too @monatography_studios @mide_shotit @realamadicreations even when I was slowly giving up because nothing was going according to plan but they kept pushing. We were meant to start by 9am, eventually started 4:30pm, rushed through everything and at some point I nearly gave up 😂

But we finished and honestly, I’m just happy I made something instead of staying home doomscrolling.

Big love to everyone involved

How to Write a Headline That Makes People Stop Scrolling
( see what I did there ....I used one of the methods I explained in this post)

In PR, we have three seconds to earn a journalist's attention before they move to the next pitch. Social media gives you even less. Your headline is doing that same job and most people are wasting it.

Before I started this training, I treated headlines as an afterthought ( not entirely though), something you slap on top after the real work is done. I had it backwards. The headline is the real work. Everything after it only gets read if the headline earns that.

Here's what I'm learning about the formulas that actually get people to stop:
Lead with a number.
"5 Caption Mistakes Killing Your Reach" tells a reader exactly what they're getting and how long it'll take. Vague headlines make people guess. Specific ones make a promise.

Lead with instruction.
"How to Sound Confident Without Sounding Salesy" works because it names the exact outcome someone wants. No mystery, no fluff — just a clear destination.

Lead with a question that stings a little.
"Is Your Bio Quietly Repelling Clients?" It's the kind of question that makes someone pause because they're not 100% sure of the answer, and now they need to be.

Lead with a warning.
"Why Your Best Post This Month Got the Fewest Views" People move faster to avoid a loss than to chase a gain. This taps that instinct directly.

Lead with proof.
"She Changed One Line in Her Caption. Her DMs Haven't Stopped." Nobody argues with a result. Show the transformation and let the reader do the math on what it could mean for them.

What I've noticed writing my own drafts: the first version I write is almost always the boring one. The version that actually works usually comes fourth or fifth, after I've forced myself past the obvious angle. That's the part nobody tells you , good headlines are rewritten, not written. Journalism students can attest to this.

Pick one formula from this list and rewrite a caption you posted recently. Drop the before and after in the comments .
I want to see the shift.

A part of the story I never shared here but means a lot to me.
These were the items we put together for the babies during my hospital outreach while I served as the most beautiful girl in Akwa Ibom.
Before the smiles came the preparation, every item was chosen intentionally and with love for the newborns and toddlers at the hospital❤️

THE JOURNEY TO THE CROWN — Queen Ndieke-Abasi Imoh Emeh
Before the competition, Queen Ndieke-Abasi’s biggest fear was favouritism — the possibility that outcomes might be influenced beyond effort and merit.
But she refused to let fear slow her down.
Her toughest moments during preparation were mastering her catwalk and perfecting her cultural dance — both demanding discipline, patience and consistency.
What made her believe she could actually win?
Dedication.
From training sessions to monetary votes, Instagram engagement and ticket sales, she showed up fully and gave her all to the process.
🗣 Working with me as her coach, she shared:
“Melvin is easy-going, dedicated and caring. He helped push my votes, trained me thoroughly and selected the right people to form a strong support team.”
One lesson changed everything for her on stage:
Being bold.
Today, she stands proudly crowned as Miss Nigerian Campus Heritage 2025 — a queen shaped by preparation, teamwork and purpose.
Her message to aspiring queens:
“You are not just a beauty queen — you are a leader called to serve humanity. Use your platform to be the voice of the voiceless.”
This crown represents culture, leadership and service. 👑✨

Her victory is a reflection of discipline, teamwork and belief.
And this is only the beginning.
Next, I’ll be sharing her full journey to the crown — the fears, the challenges, the dedication, and the moment everything paid off.
Stay with us. 👑✨
