The Real Italian Deli brings a taste of Italy to Greater Palm Springs with authentic Italian ingredients, traditions and recipes. Their artisan breads are baked fresh daily and pair perfectly with a menu of specialty sandwiches, house-made pastas, salads, Italian desserts and more.

Try the Turkey Pesto Sandwich, Spicy Italian Combo or Jose’s personal favorite — the lasagna. Part deli, bakery, restaurant and Italian market, The Real Italian Deli has a little bit of everything. Browse imported Italian specialties, grab a sandwich or pasta, or satisfy your sweet tooth with more than 40 desserts, including four different kinds of tiramisu. They’ve also recently added pizza to the menu. 🍕🍰

@beatons_barcecil love love LOVE this bar. Small menu but get a burger if you’re hungry.
@roosterandthepig good food. The thing on the menu they tell you is the signature is the least interesting thing you can order tho. The classic “we do things different” kinda place and the thing that’s different is that they don’t time the food. lol order it all at the beginning, okay?!
@peninsulapastriesps a French woman with French flour making French pastries. I mean, what’s not to love?!
@the_heyday one of my favorite spots in Palm Springs. Unpretentious, kind staff, and a great burger/martini special.
@tropicalepsp is my go to hh spot. I sit at the bar and talk to the locals. FYI: The 99 year old saxophonist takes the summers off!! Can you blame him?!
@thebarissi is your night out dinner. They had a DJ the night we went in and vibes were high. Sweet staff, cute interiors and good food.
@retroroomlounge bless this place. Palm Springs needed a Karoke spot!!!
@bajasprings if you’re on a budget this could be an option. Tortillas are store bought not homemade but it’s a DEAL after 5pm!!
@realitaliandeli name a better duo than a sandwich by a pool. These are the best in town.
@paulbarps go for the hh stay for dinner. Bartenders are lovely and super attentive and know all the locals.
@barcecil @beatons_barcecil run don’t walk. This should be the first reservation you make every time you visit Palm Springs.

@visitpalmsprings is proof that the best itineraries revolve around one simple question:

“What are we eating next?”

This weekend’s highlights included coffee at @kofficoffeecorp , authentic Italian flavors at @palminabypugliapalmsprings , legendary sandwiches from @realitaliandeli , Salvadoran comfort food at @elsalcafe , and a stop at @brandinitoffee because saying no to handmade California toffee simply isn’t in my skill set. We wrapped it all up with @gelatoagogo … because dessert is never the wrong answer.

Between bites, we wandered The Corridor, filled our shopping bags at @bjustfabulous , browsed beautifully curated finds at @thebungalowps , admired the creativity behind @seaplaneshirts one-of-a-kind pieces crafted from repurposed luxury fabrics, and got a little lost in the magic of @spellboundsky . Then we traded city streets for mountain views aboard the @palmspringsaerialtramway

Moral of the story: Come hungry. Leave with shopping bags. Repeat as needed.
