Liam (12) and I set off to see a couple of great US cities. A quick stop in Houston on Amtrak, our Amtrak adventure takes us from AZ to NOLA and Chicago to AZ. Itโ€™s the best way to see America and meet other Americans! Try @amtrak sometime, youโ€™ll be glad you did. Todayโ€™s installment in our Architecture Appreciation Series is about a building I love jn Agritopia - Joeโ€™s Farm and Grill! Designed by an architect named DD Castleberry and built in 1967 as Joe Johnstonโ€™s family home, it was adapted into a restaurant in 2006 by architect John Chonka. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ John did a TERRIFIC job and I keep going back there to enjoy the space (and the food ๐Ÿ˜‹).
