POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Received so many lovely get-well messages from so many lovely people 🥺♥️🌸✨ Honestly, way more than I ever expected!

I’ve been so touched by all your messages and wiped away a few tears along the way 🥹🫂 This little gardening community really is something special. ♥️

My lovely Instagram friend @really.badgardener suggested getting some safety glasses for when I’m around the chickens — something we’d honestly never even thought about! 👀🐓 Well… lesson learned 🤣🙈 I got myself a pair — in pink, obviously! 💕🤣 And grabbed a yellow pair for Mr G too 💛🤭 Safety first from now on! 🤓🐓

Thank you so, so much for all the love, messages and for checking in on me. I really appreciate every single one of you! 🫂♥️🌸✨

You guys ROCK! Every single one of you! 🥺♥️

Thanks Monty for being there on Gardeners World for over 20 years🙏

Fabulous gardening inspiration every Friday evening right in our living rooms, we will miss you!

Everyone’s wondering who could fill those impressive shoes?

What do you think ?

Slightly worrying, I hadn’t realised I was a Gardeners World stalker until I looked at all the photos 📸😂😂

Have I officially lost the plot, or is Garden Yoga about to be the next big trend? 🧘‍♀️🌿🤪🤪

I present to you: my absolute favorite pose watch to the end to see the actual reality of trying to be zen when there’s balancing plants, bees, and uneven ground involved 😅).

Honestly, I think our plant community needs to get in on this. Who’s brave enough to give it a go? 👇
@happypotting – Sally & Lloyd, I feel like another “Enough is Never Enough” haul requires some serious pre-potting stretches! 🪴

@dig_sow_grow – Tash, I’m calling it now: Downward Dog with Danny is the co-star moment that insta needs. 🐶

@thefrontgardeners – Greg, you need to hold a perfect zen pose while showcasing a perfect plant or two from your amazing nursery. No pressure. 🌸

@really.badgardener – Chris... honestly, just do your thing. We know it’ll be iconic. 🎬

Would you try Garden Yoga, or should I stick to just holding a trowel? Let me know below! 👇👇

Today marks six months since Sid passed away. I have come a long way, but I am still heartbroken.
My grief has not faded, and the silent tears are still pouring. However, this milestone brings a new purpose: in memory of Sid, I am turning my grief into hope.
My mission is to raise funds for the 49 stray animals currently being cared for by my two sisters.
To mark these six months and celebrate my upcoming birthday, I am planning a plant sale.
I want this to be a birthday of hope, rather than a sad birthday without Sid.
I am also thinking about growing microgreens, but I need a little more time. I am currently working extra hours to send money to help my sisters with the strays.

If you would like to help me celebrate my birthday and mark Sid’s six-month anniversary over the rainbow bridge, please visit the link in our bio.
Any donations, or even a simple share our rescue stories and Sid’s legacy, will help us reach more people who may be able to help.
Regarding my last appeal for Tom-Kha, his 5 siblings, and the 9 other furry friends living in the same flea-infested enclosure, Sid and I raised £135. After fees and taxes, the net total is £104.
Part of this £104 will pay for one month of spot-on flea treatment (vet bills not included). This leaves £36.50, which will go directly towards a veterinary check for another cat, Tao-Tao, who is suffering from an infection caused by flea bites.
I am incredibly grateful to Chris, @really.badgardener Andrea, @raindrops_on_roses_211 and Jane @janedarbyart for believing in Sid’s legacy.
We will keep you updated on the plant sale, jewelry making, and microgreens.

Thank you for all for your kind support 🙏🏼🐾

This goes out to all my garden gram friends, the grammers that I’ve met through humour, laughter, loss, menopause, or chronic pain, and in all honesty I just feel like you were all meant to be! You’ve made me smile, you’ve taught me so much, you’ve listened to my dribble, you’ve celebrated my wins with me, you’ve been there pretty much every single day and I am so grateful to you all for sharing you’re story, and whether you know it or not, for helping me share mine too, because you did that, and so much more that you probably don’t realise! Thank you so much for being my friend ❤️
Wishing you all the most wonderful New Year for 2026 🥃🤸‍♀️
And @sidfatcat07 and @ourdaleyhome and @thesoulfulgardenerlaois too 😘😘😘

Allotment Dahlias

I visited the allotment. It's been a while.

I love this of year and the autumnal colours. Dahlias, to me, are a sign that autumn is on its way, and I am determined next to grow more yellows, deep oranges, and luscious reds to use at this time of year.

Yes, I am #teamyellow @really.badgardener

Do you have a favourite colour or variety?

Happy Humpday!

Strike a (veg) pose challenge!
Have you even grown it if you don’t strike a pose with it?

@happy_place_gardener invented it
@starof_72 and @annasgardenjourney nominated me whilst away in Northumberland and I took my sweet time but here it is.

🌸 Fabulous Floral Friday is officially OUT 💜

Massive thanks to everyone who sent in their garden gems — and if I didn’t include you photos or videos it’s probably because I forgot…or they were shit 🙌🏻🤣 jokes!

this week had it all:

🥕 Nikki’s micro carrots (perfect for Barbie’s lunchbox)
🧅 Jenny’s onions the size of actual planets
🌺 And Chris, who now fully identifies as his gran thanks to his dahlia obsession (doilies next, Chris?)

Got something weird, wild or wonderful growing? Send your pics & vids for next week’s round — the more unhinged the better 😅🌱

📩 DM me your planty madness!

Challenge finally accepted @starof_72
Better late than never 😂

A little while ago, Shona challenged me to capture my June garden in a reel to look back on later on in the year, when the garden will be bare.

Well Shona here she is, a little neglected for my time away, but full of glimmers on my return ✨💖✨

Thanks for the challenge Shona.
