Kaylah said her combine was a bunch of girls that had no idea what to do.(Never been taught)
So we went through the route tree.
And I taught her how to do a 40

Note to self, don't compliment Chuck no more because he's getting fast and he's been talking trash ever since 🤣
Coach Amber is making it hard to be ignored, her speed is being noticed 💯🔥

Charlotte's BALLERINA TOES turned into BALLERINA shoulders 🤨😂
But she's definitely quicker.
Kaylah's not popping straight up anymore.
It's only day 4 for Charlotte and day 3 for Kaylah
And the girls are definitely improving 🙏🔥

After watching the film I couldn't believe I overlooked it..
BUT.....
They were moving so well!!
I'll think they'll forgive me lol.
Besides when coaches move like that it's easier to teach kids how to move well..
Kaylah & Charlotte witnessed it

1st Sprint. She's pulling herself down that field
"Scooting"
Last Sprint.. She's pushing herself down the field.
She was a ballerina so gotta get rid of the "Ballerina Toes"
