One thing I’m gonna do during a workout is negotiate. Will I do the work? Yes. Will I complain the entire time? Absolutely.

Started training with Ian Danney @realpep_az back in 2007, and it changed the trajectory of my career. Crazy how fast time flies.

Somebody should tell him I’m retired now. Let me cheat these exercises a little so I can use more weight. People are watching!

Когда тренировка проходит в игровой форме, это психологически воспринимается намного легче: спортсмен не думает, что выполняет тяжёлую физическую работу - он вовлечён в игру, соревнуется и при этом получает нужную нагрузку.

When you find joy in the work, every challenge becomes worthwhile. Preparation is the foundation of confidence and peace. Leave no stone unturned in your pursuit of excellence, and embrace every opportunity to grow. Stay ready, stay committed, and trust the process—your future self will thank you for the discipline you choose today.

Every movement matters. Every step forward, every skill sharpened, and every technique refined plays a part in your journey to success. Master the little things in the small gyms, on the empty fields, and in the quiet stadiums—because those unseen moments build champions.

When the lights are brightest and the stage is biggest, your preparation will speak for itself. Greatness is earned long before the crowd arrives. Keep working. Stay committed. We’re working. #SecondaryToNone

What is Danneyball?

There’s been a lot of talk about what’s supposed to happen on the sand.

Simple. It’s a test of strength, endurance, skill, and heart. Like I’ve been saying…

Rule #1: No hoeing.

It’s all coming back to me now…

Used to catch the rock, & yell “Kobe”.
That feeling… it’s getting real familiar again. Y’all heard @mikefordjr,

“You f*cked up!”

We’re gonna keep stacking. Keep working. Keep hunting. Trust me—we’re right there. 🐍 #MambaMentality

Oh, & there’s only one way to play DANNEY BALL… no further instructions will be given.

Back out on the Danneyball court with some real ones! Took a L, but had a good run with the boys. @realpep_az is the only spot to play the game with the inventor Ian “Danney”.

Age is something. Was a time I walked onto the sand and everyone knew what it was. Now, my son @jc1ark_ is schooling me. It’s a badge of honor to still test yourself.

@nickcross & @spiritual_meathead were throwing the leather off that medicine ball!!
