POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Oh folks, I just dug up a wild one🐾🐾

A super rare Dogpatrol set from my time as a resident DJ at @disco_zwei in Mannheim back in 2016. @albertallnight @realrawmaterials series has always kept the flag flying—back then and still today.

Two hours of outsider leftfield deep house or whatever you want to call it. And for those who care: vinyl only, except for 2–3 unreleased old tracks of mine🦴🦴🦴

"Winter is coming, club season is here. And yes, we are well prepared to keep you warm and cozy:

Hailing all the way from New York City, @frikaan_time is without a doubt one of the most exciting dance floor arsonists the Big Apple has to offer. 🥵

With a potent blend of amapiano, afrobeats and bass music, infused with only the finest house and techno bangers, he has already lit up places like Berghain, Dekmantel or OIL Club Shanghai. 👀

And his @planetgroovy parties have been one of the hottest hubs for ID hunters, underground aficionados and club music enthusiasts for over a decade now. 😱

So, if you want to find new bangers for your playlists, need to impress your cool DJ friends or are just looking to let loose, dancing to new and exciting music - this is it. You have found the place! 🤗🌈"

"There are few challenges that I love as much as going all night long in a DJ booth. You get to set the vibe, carry it across the peak and then bring it down nicely for everybody who is still following you until the end. It can be nerve wrecking, but also extremely rewarding. And I always use it as an opportunity to take risks and dive deep into my crates. So expect fun, expect Bass and expect to dance to a mix of sounds that you will not get anywhere else in this city! Will you be my ride or die?"

How cool is this?🐑

From hosting online webinars to publishing eBooks for DJs and guiding artists in their careers—now, I’m finally bringing my community workshop to @disco_zwei, where I’ll also be playing later that night!

There’s a lot to unpack, but for now, I’m just excited to bring this 60-90 minute session with a Q&A to a club setting. If you want to add some fun, real-world education for clubbers and artists in your city, hit me up!

Big thanks to @disco_zwei and the team, and to @albertallnight for the trust. Can’t wait to connect with you all!

For everyone who isn’t in Mannheim this weekend—

„Oh yes, spring is finally back, begone hibernation! We are so ready to clean those ear canals and stuff them with new and exciting music. And wouldn’t you know, we have the perfect guest to make that happen:

Hailing all the way from Tbilisi, Georgia @arnii.wav has been a DJ and scene activist for over a decade, always searching for new and exciting club music, showcasing upcoming artists and curating club nights with an edge.

And if you think this link up reads like a match made in heaven, then you might have a point. Because that is exactly what Raw Materials has always been about.

This time expect a genre-bending night fusing UK-infused techno, Hardgroove, bass, dubstep, neo-grime, and experimental club music. Bring a friend, and let’s have it on the dance floor!“

"Oh yes, it's that time of the year again. And that means, our boy @dogpatrol_ is back in town!

Fresh home after closing Globus @tresorberlin a week prior, his record bag will be armed to the teeth with bassy bangers.

Will there be a b2b, will we become the Masters of Stability?!

Well, let’s grab some friends and find out together, shall we?"

“It’s last the last Raw Materials Party before the Summer Break and we are determined to end #season13 with a bang. Thats why we have invited Copenhagens Queen of Bass @smokey_cph to step up and go full send on the main floor.
Forecasting the genres of a Smokey Set can be tricky, but we know this: your gunfingers are going to be itchy, your face will have a hard time resisting the bass and your mind is going to crave the pull up like it’s 1994. So don’t miss out, because we won’t be back until the fall.”

Friday May 24 - doors 00:00 - 12€ - Graphics @thomas_wolf_rm

Smokey is a Copenhagen-based DJ with a well-cultivated appetite for a proper party and an on-point aesthetic to match. Emerging from renowned techno squad Apeiron Crew, as a solo artist she’s more focused on off-kilter rhythms, bass, breaks, electro and more.

Having been heavily involved in the music and culture scene in Copenhagen for the past 15 years, Smokey has high standards when it comes to fun. She enters the room with an attitude of ‘get weird or go home’, and her sets reflect that; her humorous and upbeat attitude radiates from her, whether from behind the decks or on the dancefloor. But when she plays, don’t expect sunshine and rainbows. Her selection goes deep and will undoubtedly smack you in the face with something heavy and evil.

“Oscillating between house, bass and global club music Kokoprisci is poised to cause a stir. She is regularly holding it down on Rinse France and busy making her way to your city. And she better be, her crates are packed with bangers.”

„With a broad scope in music, a genreless approach to DJing and blessed with impeccable taste, @coco_cobra trajectory has been steadily rising, ever since she started out DJing in 2019.

And as part of the Hanover based soft spot DJ collective, she has been been using that momentum to push for a more diverse dancefloor experience, inside and outside of the DJ Booth.

Her love for bass heavy music and faced paced breaks make her the perfect guest DJ for a raunchy night out. And we are super excited to finally have her come over and slay. Don’t miss out!“

„Somethings just go well together, think gin and tonic water, cough sirup and sprite or in this case Schlund and a Raw Materials Club night.

Just like us, the guy has been crossing genre borders since long before it was considered cool.

And when it comes to the bassy side of the electronic music spectrum, there are few DJs in the region with deeper crates. Naturally we had to invite him over for a spin eventually. And lucky for you, eventually is tonight! Gunfinger crew come through!“
