After a year of not teaching any regularly scheduled sound bath classes, I’m back guiding not one, but two a week! 🐲

I’ll be doing my “shamanic” sound journeys Wednesday nights at 7pm & Sundays at 12pm at @o2life 🔥 second studio, on their second floor with a 🔥 view.

Think epic gong waves as the centerpiece of the experience to transport us into another place and time, or more simply, into the body.

The sound carries something of the person producing it. Some things are felt without the use of words 🐆

Wednesdays 7pm
Sundays 12pm

Sun & Moon II
Flow + Sound

A blending of elements—
the steady beat of the drum, earth and sky, yin and yang…

Reverberations of rattles and bells,
aligned sequencing, shifting atmospheres
flowing from one energy to the next—

Awakening and grounding,
movement and stillness,
a dynamic, intentional flow that meets you where you are—
a shifting of the senses through scent, season, and sound,
each giving way to the next,
carried by bowls and the waves of an epic gong…

A practice that challenges and restores—
inviting all levels to explore, breathe, and settle in.

All rolled into one. 🌞🌝🌊

Thankful and deeply appreciative of everyone who came to Sun & Moon: Flow & Sound 🌞🌕

Every week we get the opportunity to teach among friends and new friends, but having everyone come together for an experience like this made it feel especially meaningful.

Our intention was to create space for the balance of life’s dualities — the sun representing vitality, movement, and confident expression, while the moon represented receptivity, stillness, and inner reflection. The heat and the coolness. Action and presence. 🔥🌊

The room felt full in the best way. Thanks for sharing it with us 🤍

With love,

Sally & Juan
