Friday, September 25th, 2026. Weigh in at 299.8. Back under 300 gang! I know the whole day was with barely any calories. 1,380 is not ideal for me. I need to be up around 2,000 calories every day. I had to go from job site, home to sleep for a few hours then back up to another job site. It was no big deal, but I totally woke up late for the other job site and had to rough it with a thing of left overs from the fridge. Then at work I ended up being kinda busy to the point that I basically fumbled the ball on eating. I ended up crushing out some water from feeling dehydrated though. So that’s a plus to increase my water intake for the day. My friend @realsamadonis once told me to try drinking a gallon of water a day to watch the pounds shed. It’s very difficult for me to do, but I’m trying to get half a gallon or more. I’m just too afraid to hold water weight as my body is thrown through this process of calorie counting. I’m just looking forward to the next couple months maintaining my diet and watching the pounds melt away, slowly but surely. So with this calorie counting app that uses AI to count calories, it projected me to stay on my weight loss journey by only consuming 1,972 calories for the day. I ended up only eating 1,380 calories for the day which put me at a deficit of 592 calories just with the app that has me on a calorie deficit to lose roughly 60 pounds over 7 months. So far I’m only down 10 but I had a rollercoaster of a first month where my food wasn’t being calculated properly, so I had to make some adjustments. Then there’s my phones fitness app that’s attached to my @apple smart watch to monitor my heart rate, steps walked and everything for daily calories burned. It has me burning 3,673 calories. With what I burned from what I had eaten, that puts my daily deficit at 2,293 calories. Probably not the best day and I’ll see the bounce back from almost starvation on the scale but I know it will help my weekly average deficit for weight loss. If I can maintain a deficit, then I know I’ll drop some weight.
