I’ve been working toward this for a long time. If I’m being honest, more than the music, more than anything, I want to be known for my ability to release potential in others. A lot of that comes from not having someone do that for me. So in a lot of ways, I’m becoming the thing I never got.

Last night was the first gathering of the Make Belief Exchange, a room of creative entrepreneurs, and something in me just knew. We weren’t just talking about potential anymore, we were watching it move. Awareness turning into action, right in front of me.

Those guys didn’t just show up for my mastermind group last night, they encouraged me as well. And honestly, it felt like God smiling down, confirming I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be in this season. I love mentorship, and if I’m honest, I hope this is just the beginning of something much bigger.

This is what I’m hoping to make belief happen for many others.

Coach Highlights!:

When me and Taylor first started he said his lifetime PR was was 185 on bench, in the first video back in December we went for 190 and failed I saved the video because I knew we’d get it! Got back in the lab, Did some brick work and in February not only did he do 185 for 2 but in the same session HIT 190 AND THEN went for a second. Although he didn’t get it to see the confidence go up to even try it after already hitting a two PRs is INSANE. He’ll easily be a 225-250 working set by the end of the year.

When me and Erin first started we struggled to put together a consistent working double set of 95 as seen in the first video, WELL NOW she’s doing working sets of 95 for 3 consistently & has hit 100 for working sets. Her PR goal is 150.

When me and Jacob first started we struggled to put together a clean and consistent triple of 135. He’s now doing WORKING SETS OF 165 & 135 is one of our warmup weights.

Not to mention Jacob was down 12 pounds and up 4 pounds of muscle Erin lost 10 pounds and managed to continue to grow in strength after being sick and missing 2 weeks and Taylor touched 180 after weighing 170 when we started.

As much as I wish that I could take all the credit for these amazing milestones it’s the hard work and dedication of these individuals that have made it possible. Showing up doing the work in the gym and out of it and being coachable. So proud of yall and I’m honored to serve you and look forward to many more milestone celebrations!
