A touch overdue post but we are posting!! October 10, 2026 — my first time stepping on stage. 🌸✨ If you’ve competed in bodybuilding, you know the dedication it takes. Every gram measured, every step counted, early morning cardio, pushing through hunger and exhaustion, and somehow balancing life along the way. Getting to stand on stage alongside so many powerful women was an unforgettable feeling. 🥹💪🏼 I learned so much from this day — far beyond stage experience. Forever grateful for: * The one and only @ornerfit * My coach @timothy__weaver * Posing coach @jfalborn * @alexisdots who I met through this crazy journey (She made banger PB chocolate cookies for after the show and I still can’t stop thinking about them) * @realtydreamweaver for making me laugh during show day, sharing her experiences, and gluing me into my suit (literally) — you are the best ✨ * @swole_suits for brining this beautiful bikini to life * @ocbchesapeakeclassic for hosting * The @theyourlifegym family — who constantly keeps me motivated, inspired, and positive * And all of my followers for the constant positive words and motivation! (I read everything!!) 🥈Figure Debut, Novice, & Open Everyone sees the one person on stage for a short amount of time and the photos/videos, but there are so many people that go into this — it takes a village to prep and prepare. I couldn’t do it without you all! ❤️ This is only the beginning. One more show to go this Saturday! Back in peak week, show time, and thennnn WE FEAST!! @chipotle I’m coming for you!!! I. Need. Chips.🤤 Afterwards, it’s time to REBUILD! 🏆🔥 Last two slides explain the day in a nutshell 🤪 #OCB #Figure #Debut #WolfPak #Bodybuilding

14 years in the gym together, and I wouldn’t be where I am without her… inside or outside of it. She’s a machine. Between being a mom, a wife, taking care of our home, putting in the work with her own training, all while being our full time GM at our gym. I honestly don’t know how she does it all, or where I’d be without her. Women don’t get nearly enough credit for everything they juggle. As men, we often get recognized for what we accomplish, but the woman beside us deserves just as much recognition. I know how much of where I am today comes from her love, support, and everything she does for our family.

Looking back at these photos, it’s easy to forget how discouraging this sport can be when you’re only focused on where you are today. But when you zoom out, you realize just how much can change with time. I’ve never considered myself genetically gifted. I wasn’t the guy who stepped on stage looking like he was built for bodybuilding. I’ve simply tried to improve every single year. Every time I’ve competed, my goal has been to beat the previous version of myself. So far, I’ve done that, and that’s what keeps me coming back. The next time I step on stage, the goal is exactly the same. Beat the last version. If it’s enough, great. If it isn’t, we get back to work and do it again. That’s the beauty of bodybuilding. It’s hard, but the formula has never been complicated. Show up. Eat. Train hard. Sleep. Repeat. The hard part is doing those things consistently for years. I also didn’t get here alone. I’ve been fortunate to have incredible people in my corner throughout this journey. @abfitt_ifbbpro gave me my start, @bleutaylorifbbpro played an important role after my first show getting me healthy again and packing on a lot of size, and @jjacoby32 helped me make the biggest improvements by far, while also teaching me far more than just how to diet and train. I’m grateful for every coach who’s been part of the journey. Sometimes a coach is exactly who you need for a certain season of your life. That doesn’t mean they’ll be your coach forever, and that’s okay. Growth often requires change, for both the athlete and the coach. This offseason, I’m not thinking about my next show. I’m thinking about what I left on the table last offseason. How much muscle can I actually build if I fully commit to the process? That’s the only question I’m trying to answer. The plan is simple: eat, recover, train, grow. The goal is Nationals in 2027. If I’m not ready when that time comes, I’ll wait another year. I’m not rushing the process anymore. Whenever I step back on stage, I want to look in the mirror and barely recognize the person looking back. GYM: @theyourlifegym COACH: @jfalborn & @bhertzog84 MY RIDE OR DIE: @realtydreamweaver AND TO ALL MY CLIENTS, I LOVE YOU ALL!

Looking good is one thing. Being able to move with power, speed, and confidence is another. Not every workout should look the same. Some days are about building strength. Others are about developing explosiveness, coordination, balance, and athleticism. That’s what creates a body that doesn’t just perform well in the gym, it performs well in life. This is the type of training Coach @ryanhheuston brings to the floor. Box jumps. Medicine ball throws. Loaded jumps. Intentional movement. Every rep has a purpose, and every exercise is building toward becoming a stronger, faster, more capable version of yourself. The gym isn’t just about changing how you look. It’s about changing what you’re capable of.

People usually join a gym because they want to change their body. But if you stay long enough, you realize the biggest transformation happens outside these walls. Maybe you’ve become more disciplined. Maybe you’re more confident. Maybe you’re a better parent, spouse, leader, or friend. Maybe you’ve finally started believing you’re capable of hard things. That’s what we’re really after. We’re not just building stronger bodies. We’re building stronger people. So we want to hear from you… What’s one area of your life that this gym has helped you grow in outside of fitness? Drop it in the comments. We’d love to hear your story.
