@reateknives Remedy in TI. Would you be taking the TI version or Bluse Glass like my other one? This one matches up well with Colt 1911.

Another great West Coast knife show! @ccks_knife_show is definitely one to put on your calendar for next spring or fall.

Had a blast catching up with so many cool people, as always. Good times!

Have a great week, everyone!

I am fortunate enough to own a custom @alvinleeknives Tiger thanks to a good friend. I also own two timascus production variants, now highly sought after. But I was thinking a user would be nice to reminisce while carrying about the safe queens safely at home. I often do that when I have the finest. So I bought the very last plain M390/CF @reateknives Tiger Andy at @cranesproduction had. The thought was a few simple adds and then put her to use. But instead I had an idea. Those big Ti bolsters offered plenty of canvas, and the blade would be better if it complemented the CF. So I had @edc_specialties polish and DLC the blade and backspacer. I then sent the bolstered frame/liners and clip to @tn_engraver for a hand engraving and blackening of the lows. And this is the result…a Midnight Tiger with a touch of class. Alvin, Reate, and Andy…I think I just gave you an idea for the next Tiger drop. 😀 Enjoy all.

Ps. But a problem…now she’s too nice to use. Damn it partners…stop doing such a good job. Now I need another user!!!

Pss. With its hidden hardware the Tiger is one of the harder knives to disassemble and then reassemble. A lot of little and specific pieces, with an extraordinary tight fit, that have to be perfectly done right. So, if you are not a technical person beware. But there are a couple helpful videos out there by @luvthemknives and @jdcutlery to help you.

Psss. Can I list any more knife community members who touched this?!?! 😂
