A HUGE thank you to @secretvegankitchen for letting us take over your walls! We’re so grateful for the opportunity to fill your space with the amazing artwork from our community. Your support means the world to us 💚💚💚 The opening reception was SO much fun! 🥹 It was incredible seeing everyone come out, connect, admire the artwork, and celebrate all the creativity that went into this show. Thank you to everyone who came and helped make the night so special! The display will be up all month long, so there’s still plenty of time to come see it! Go check out the art, grab some delicious food, and support this amazing small business! 🌱🎨 Ps. If you’d like to submit artwork and be added to the display, you still can! We’ll be adding more pieces to the walls over the upcoming weeks as artists submit their work.

Reception today at 4-6pm at Secret Vegan Kitchen. Work will be on display for the month of October. Missed the deadline? You can still submit and we will add to the show as the month goes on 🥰 THE 4x4 MINI SKETCHBOOK CHALLENGE ART SHOW IS HERE! Remember those little sketchbooks we handed out? Come check out a collection of 4x4 creative works, in and out of mini sketchbooks, created by local artists, and community members. Expect drawings, paintings, mixed media, collage, poetry, patterns, and so much more! No two pieces are alike, and that’s what makes this show so special. On display for the month of October. 🎉 ART SHOW RECEPTION 📅 October 3rd ⏰ 4–6 PM 📍 Secret Vegan Kitchen 3116 Lawson Blvd, Oceanside, NY Come admire the artwork, meet the artists, support local creativity, grab some food, and celebrate everyone who took part in the challenge! 🥕🎨💕 We can’t wait to see you there!

Today’s session was a wash. Sometimes it’s like that. I wanted to take the time to show off my new fight kit! I got it in the mail yesterday (forgot to take pics) and it fits perfect! I can’t wait to debut it at my @throne_mma fight! This kit was provided by @hka__usa, a badass company I’ve been using for years now. They make some of the best custom fight kits and gear! I’m blessed enough to be one of their brand ambassadors and if you use code LINDSAYVALENTIN you will get 20% off of your order! #FightKit #HKA #Custom #CakeOrDeath

I loved how colorful everything was. 🌱Special thanks to @valentinaverde.co for hosting us! Giselle has the best plant shop around. Make sure to visit her and get more plant babies for your home🌱 Lastly, but definitely not least, we are so happy our giant black-eyed susan was such a big hit. We will definitely be making more fun props in the future! Stay tuned
