October 1st will be 13 years of Olive and Tuesday.

I’ve been looking through old photos and it’s wild to see how much has happened since then.

I started this business knowing very little other than that I really wanted to do it. I always say being young and dumb was probably one of my biggest advantages. I didn’t overthink it. I just went for it.

There have been many different stages of O&T over the years, and looking back, some of the things that didn’t go according to plan ended up being the best things.

13 years later, I’m still creating and can’t wait to show you what’s next. Not enough words. So grateful.

When I first started O&T I remember overthinking every single decision and waiting for what I thought was the perfect timing and perfect scenario.

I quickly learned none of that exists-it’s all in your head and the only way to do it is to do it. Over the last few years, so many of you have messaged me to tell me you’ve been inspired to start your own thing and put yourself out there and really nothing makes me happier.

In an industry that’s always focused on the next season and the next project, I’m learning to slow down and appreciate what’s in front of me. There will always be another collection to create, but these moments and the work behind them deserve to be celebrated too.

not over how good our lifestyle shoots got since we started working with @jorxy. her attention to detail, creative eye, and perspective changed everything for us.

I’ve recently been asked by a follower for advice on starting/running a business. there’s so much I could share but I think one of the most important things you could do as a founder is celebrate and honor the people who help build your dream and get you to where you are-without them, we have nothing.

we are living in an incredibly wild time where people and jobs are being replaced by AI-but one thing I’m sure of is life isn’t meant to be built alone and @jorxy can never be replaced 📸
