Rebecca & Chet, where do I even begin?
Yesterday was one of those days that reminded me exactly why I love my job.
I laughed, I danced, I cried, and somewhere along the way I almost forgot I was working.
What started as a wedding to plan turned into a friendship, and celebrating with you yesterday felt like celebrating with friends I’ve known forever.
Today I’m feeling the post-wedding blues, which says a lot about how much this day meant to me.

Rebecca and Chester are celebrating their wedding over four days at Villa Grabau in Lucca, a 16th century estate surrounded by citrus groves and wonderful gardens. From the start, the intention was to embody the feeling of Tuscany, before even arriving. 🍋✨

Autumn so far (for the archives)

1. Another trip around the sun with my loved ones - in person and “on the cloud”. Grateful to get another happy and healthy (old man injuries be damned) run at another year.

2. Flew to Spain and got to experience being ‘foreign’ again - one of the most humbling/great feelings life can provide IMO. The sights (Sagrada Familia!), the culture, the wine, the food (@brugarolbarcelona wins!), the siesta’s. Gracias Barcelona and Madrid 🇪🇸

3. Made sure my hips and knees were good for this last one - I asked my rose, if she would “marry me please”…… and she agreed 😬. Thanks for riding with me @charityroselombardo, you make everything so much more special with that gigantic heart of yours (+ thank you to all our loved ones that made us feel safe)

I guess my life right now is a “sneaky flex”? That’s what the kids say no?! Eh, probably used it wrong
