¡Gracias!

Women’s History Month reminder: our stories don’t live only in books… they live in bodies and in sisterhood.

These women have held me through so many seasons
with laughter, truth, prayers, voice notes, hard conversations, and the kind of love that doesn’t let you disappear.

So today, instead of a “perfect” post, I’m offering a small love letter practice you can do in a few minutes:

✨ Love letter to your body + your circle
1. Thank you, body, for _____.
2. I’m sorry for _____ (how I rushed you / ignored you / pushed you).
3. I promise _____ (one act of devotion this week).

And if you want to make it about friendship too:
“Thank you, my sisters, for _____.”

I’ll go first:
Thank you, body, for carrying me through the seasons I didn’t think I’d survive.
I’m sorry for the times I treated rest like a reward.
I promise to choose steadiness over urgency. Thank you, my sisters, for the unconditional love, for holding me, loving me, believing in me, and the unwavering support 💖

Drop ONE line in the comments, just the “thank you” line.
Let’s make this a little collective altar. 🕯️💚

What does well-being look like across cultures?
This summer, I returned to the south of Spain for the first time in 13 years — to the land where I was born.
✨
There, I danced barefoot on the beach with my family — three generations moving in rhythm, laughter in the air, and healing in the joy of being together.
✨
Before that, Ibiza received us with ceremony. A sunset cacao ritual opened our hearts beneath a sky turning gold.
Then at sunrise, we practiced breathwork facing the sea from an ancient castle — wind in our lungs, salt on our skin, and ancestral memory rising in the stillness.
✨
In the Netherlands, we biked through quiet towns, watching how seamlessly movement is woven into daily life.
In Amsterdam, we walked cobblestone streets with old college friends I hadn’t seen in years — laughing, reconnecting, remembering who I was before the world told me who to be.
✨
And in Italy, we walked through ruins and rose gardens with my mother-in-law, her aunt (who is 79), and her lifelong best friend — all visiting Europe for the first time.
Watching their faces light up with awe reminded me: wonder has no expiration date. Healing has no age limit.

💫 Across borders, I witnessed a thread:
Well-being isn’t productivity. It’s presence.
Time. Movement. Connection.
In many cultures, families spend real time together — across generations. They walk more. Eat slower. Breathe deeper. Laugh louder.

It reminded me why we created @aho.tec
To root wellness not in trends or algorithms, but in rhythm, memory, and community.
To bridge ancient practices with modern tools so we can remember who we are — and create spaces where well-being is lived, not just chased.

🌿 What does well-being look like in your culture?
🌿What rhythms have helped you remember yourself?
