Happiness is not determined by what’s happening around you, but rather what’s happening inside you. Most people depend on others to gain happiness, but the truth is, it always comes from within.

The best thing that you can do in life is follow your heart. Take risks. Don’t just take the safe and easy choices because your afraid of what might happen. Don’t have any regrets and know that everything happens for a reason.

In three words I can sum up everything I’ve learned about life. It goes on

So be happy. A truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery while on a detour.

Many leaders delegate tasks instead of authority. If you delegate tasks, you create followers. If you delegate authority, over time, you will create leaders.

Okay guys, I can finally announce it… 🥹🏋🏽‍♀️

I’ll officially be training for my FIRST powerlifting competition on December 13th in Kenilworth, NJ at @adelantebarbellclub !💗

If you know me, you know how much I genuinely love fitness. Being able to train, get stronger, challenge myself and simply DO what I love brings me so much happiness.

I’m excited to go through this process with my coach @bran2tymes by my side and really see what we can accomplish these next couple of months. Of course we’re putting in the work, but I also want to have fun with this. It’s my first competition, and I want to enjoy the experience, learn as much as I can and see what I’m capable of. 🥹

So if you want to come show your girl some love and support, SAVE THE DATE — December 13th! 🗓️💕

Our emotions have a huge amount of power over our choices and actions – and we can either become a master or a slave to them..

What you see vs. what you don’t see. 🥹

I think sometimes we get so caught up in watching everyone else’s fitness journey that we forget there’s a whole life happening behind these gym videos.

The long shifts, the overtime, getting home at 3 AM, trying to balance work, the gym, personal life, and everything else in between.

This particular morning I was running on 4.5 hours of sleep, a little caffeine, and a whole lot of determination. 😂

And no, every day doesn’t look like this. Some days I have the energy, some days I have to adjust, and some days rest is exactly what my body needs.

But one thing I’ve learned throughout my journey is that life is NEVER going to stop happening just because you have goals.

There will always be something. Work, responsibilities, unexpected changes, days when you’re tired, days when you simply don’t feel like it.

You just have to learn how to make room for yourself in the middle of it all.

I’m not posting this to glorify running on little sleep. I’m sharing it because I want you to know that behind every progress picture, every PR, and every gym video, there’s a regular girl trying to figure it out and stay consistent just like you.

Your journey doesn’t have to look perfect to be worth showing up for.

Make the time when you can. Adjust when you need to. Rest when you should. Just don’t give up on yourself. 🤍

And for my girls balancing a full-time job, the gym, and LIFE… how are we doing? Because whewww. 😭😂
