A dream come true judging on MasterChef last night. One of the biggest highlights of my career so far. From watching the show every year to standing in that kitchen… honestly surreal, and such an incredible experience. ❤️

Still cannot believe this actually happened 🥹👩🏻‍🍳✨

My very first Top Dish in the @masterchefau kitchen!! And for a sour cream & avocado ice cream, pistachios and sour cherries too… definitely not the safest choice 😅🔥

Standing there listening to the judges’ feedback honestly felt surreal. One of the first moments where I thought… maybe I really do belong here 🥹

Such a special cook and a moment I’ll never forget 🤍✨

Black apron, big nerves, no room to play around today!

75 minutes on the clock and a viral brief sent from the viral queen herself @recipesbyvictoria ! I featured rice paper keeping it fresh and zingy with prawn filled crispy rice paper in a lettuce cup with tamarind chutney and it paid off… safe for another day 🙏

Huge congrats to @alyona.iljuhhina taking out dish of the day and fast tracking to immunity!! A tough goodbye to @msalita You were a gem in the kitchen. Turquoises sister for life! 🩵 @masterchefau
