A big shoutout to @ribicproductions for the opportunity, what a great show to be a part of.

What an honor it is to enter the stage competitors and leave as friends, a privilege to compete next to friends and clients. I have always had social anxiety, but the stage has become my element, a place I get to be surrounded by like minded individuals who all have their own personal journeys to overcome to make it to the stage.

This sport is also about facing your own shortcomings and trying to turn them into your strengths, this is not done alone as nothing we do is done alone. Thank you to my amazing community of family friends and clients, including my home gym @tacoma_barbell_club and everyone a part of it. Thank you to @stalwart_bodybuilding for taking the truck on its maiden voyage to support me from the other side of the stage this time, you’re a good friend and man. @juggernautt_5911 it was a pleasure to compete together and I loved seeing your family surround you with support. @kobie_beef_ really fun competing with you, thanks for putting on a show with me up there.

I will definitely have more to say about this weekend but very happy and fulfilled at this moment. Time to get less small. And as always, I’m taking clients. Dm for coaching.

What a hell of a weekend.

Super grateful for the opportunity to compete in the @sasquatchproam this past weekend.

I am extremely proud of the package I was able to bring to the stage while coaching myself into the show.

I am finally confident that I have what it takes to be competitive at a national level show.

The biggest lesson I learned from this prep is that I do have what it takes to coach at the highest level. I still have a ton to learn and I am constantly pursuing any information that can make me a better coach.

Prior to this show I sort of had imposter syndrome. Having left my previous career to start a new business as a full time online coach, there was a lot of uncertainty and doubt. But this show helped show me that I do have what it takes to do this bodybuilding thing.

Winning my first overall as an open bodybuilder with one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. Having done that with one my best friends @stalwart_bodybuilding doesn’t hurt either. We brought his best package to date and he looked amazing.

Thanks again to all of my friends and family. Especially @mackenzie_bolton for putting up with all the highs and lows. I couldn’t do this without you ❤️
