@thewesterngames never disappoints.

Bit of a surreal comp. The western games was probably my first real “big” comp and I can tell you right now when i watched the big boy heat back then, i never thought i’d be back here a few years later on top of the podium.

There is probably something inspiring about the work compounding and the years revealing it but i genuinely just love this shit.

See you again next year.

Most blokes over 30 don’t struggle with knowing what to do.
They struggle with doing it consistently when life gets busy, motivation disappears and the results don’t come overnight.

Because lifting doesn’t care about your excuses.
It doesn’t care how busy work is, how many kids you’ve got or how many times you’ve said you’ll start again on Monday.

You get out what you put in. Simple. 💯

And the best part? You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to show up, put the work in and keep going when it’s easier not to.

Especially in your 30s, when your health, strength and energy matter more than ever.

Stop looking for shortcuts. Start building habits that actually last.

Your future self will thank you for it. 🤝🏼

When @rileymartin.cf & @drake_walther give you a drill to practice RMU, you do the damn drill 👩‍🚒🔥 @cftorian making me work on my weaknesses (simply by pairing running + RMU together…🫠)

(Before this drill) Metcon: 10 RFT
• 200m run
• 3 RMU
