Women in Watches Miami is back - and it’s time to reveal our panellists.

Taking place on November 6 at the @timeluxejewelers Worldcenter boutique, the event will bring together leading women from across the watch industry for a morning of conversation, fresh perspectives and networking.

The first panel will explore career opportunities, representation and how the industry can better support the next generation of female talent. Joining WatchPro editor May Garland are Helen Kirkup (@wolf1834), Shari Fabiani (@timex), Angelika Zaugg (@junghansgermany) and Kirklyn Eaton (@bonhams1793).

The second panel, will look at how women’s tastes are shaping watch design, marketing and retail — from jewellery-inspired pieces to traditionally ‘men’s watches’ finding a new audience. WatchPro digital editor Ella Kirby will be joined by @taylorstoddard, Simona Garcia (MadaLuxe), Maral Artinian (@marli) and Sophy Rindler (@chrono24 and @redbarmiami).

Expect honest conversations about representation, changing consumer tastes and what the future holds for women in watchmaking. And while women take centre stage, everyone is welcome to join the discussion.

The Rolex Yachtmaster in Everose only starts to really show its worth in diffuse lighting: sunrise, sunset, an overcast day.

It comes alive with a beautiful rose glow in those conditions that's difficult to capture on camera. Try one in person before you discount it as the weird Sub... although it is a weird Sub.
