Macro study: textures, tolerances, and tactical lines. 🔍⚙️

The real character of an instrument watch reveals itself in the macro details.
The Micromilspec Worldtimer balances stark legibility with industrial depth:
Dial: Heavy frosted grain Arctic white with an open-cockpit 3-date aperture

Bezel: Ceramic insert finished with positive-relief world-city typography and diamond-knurled grip

Architecture: Angular case flanks combining satin brushing, polished bevels, and integrated rectangular pushers

Hands & Markings: Matte black framed hands with generous Super-LumiNova fill for instant situational awareness

Super grateful for the opportunity to get this macro detailed shot by @rogerholmen . This is a watch with a lot of history and print of it will be on the wall here at home soon. This watch is the one my dad used to wear at his work and it was gifted to me when he retired. He still on his feet, no problem, but the story this brings to the table is unique. Its no Rolex or not even a Seiko, its a @inexwatchesofficial and he used it on a #fixoflexbracelet. He replaced the watch with the same model every time it was crushed or broken, so it’s not that old before it got the looks like this, he used to work with making big ass holes in the road to access water supply and such, fix them, and repair the road after job was done;) #macroshot #dirty

I put it on a Grey Nato from Phoenix ✈️

It has probably had some serious water damage, hence the dial patina, but it has been serviced and is working well 🗝️

This is the best blue dial I have, and it could look smashing for 17 mai in Norway with a red @rem_straps #rem17may #awesomeness
For next year I should order one from my Swedish strap buddy @rem_straps @redbaroslo

My Concept V by @desandershorologie in the spring sun ☀️, these watches are soon avaliable for preorder again, the first batch is just around the corner for delivery. Excited about that!! It’s an automatic chronograph inspired by the amazing stuff by brands like MB&F, Ferdinand Berthoud, and Groubel Forsey , but still affordable in a way. Learn more about it at DeSanders.no , have a great Monday #watchfam #microbrand #norway #watchesandwonders2026
