Cherry apple pork & slaw burger!

This one was exactly as it sounds! Deeeelish. Or as @smokedbeyondsmokedbbq would say.."That's gangster".

It was a rainy day so the inside kitchen got use.

Starting with some beautiful pork from @australiansteakco then coating it in the Cherry apple rub from @flavour.republic, rendering the fat down in the pan before Trad searing these bad boys.

The slaw was easy, cabbage, apple, carrot, apple cider vinegar, kewpie and a sprinkle if a salty salty adventurer mix.

The bun was a pretzel bun from the @redcliffemarkets. It got some more kewpie, stacks of pork, slaw, The Trailblazer sweet chilli sauce and if course...delivered right to my mouth!

Give this a crack, you won't regret I promise 🙏🏻

🐾Do we acknowledge that side-eye or just pretend we never saw it?! 👀

THIS is why it’s been a little quiet around here lately! And honestly, I’m actually mad about it because I LOVE Halloween content! 🎃💜

Buuuut apparently I decided to go ALL OUT for our Halloween market next weekend, so now I’m frantically creating all the spooky crystal goodies while Wilson supervises (very unhelpfully 🙄)

PLUUUSS we have something extra fun and exciting happening on the night! 🤫👻

Keep those eyes on MysticLuxe because trust me, we’re going to be one Halloween stop you WON’T want to miss! 💜💀✨

When the boss says raises are based on performance and the whole MagneCo team takes it way too seriously 😂

Bonus points to Nicole for literally counting the beat in her head the whole time. You can see the concentration. 🧠🎶

Do they deserve a raise? Tell us in the comments 👇
