Mentally affirm: I have all I need already within me. 🤗

Remember that whatever the circumstances are, all you need to get through is inside of you. There is nothing you cannot do if you believe it and take a simple action towards your desires! 🌞💛

This morning we pushed our mind, body and Spirit with the @intensati method! After class I had so much inspiration! So, with that being said…I can’t wait for our first ROCKAWAY BEACH class of 2022 #SUNSETintenSati

Save the date! 📍

(🌞Friday May 27th ) at SUNSET Vamos Pa La Playa!!! DM for further information and exact LOCATION!

Connect with yourself watching the sunset in the community, breathing in the sea air, watching and hearing the ocean waves.
☀️🌊🌊🌊
This is my favorite thing to do, and I can't wait to share this experience with YOU.
💛✨
Let’s meet this Friday, September 24th, at 6:33 pm, at Rockaway Beach 97. All levels welcomed. 🌻

Bring a warm cozy sweatshirt, flip flops, water, and an open heart. We will make time to honor our feelings. Let go of energy that doesn’t serve us by breathing, moving, meditating, and reciting the following empowering phrases with me.
“I Am powerful beyond measure, and I Am stronger than I think.
I Am braver than I seem. I Am blessed with all I need.” 🧠🫀♥️

In this class, I will be showing you the @intensati tools I use daily to calm my heart and bring up my JOY. 🌿🌞🦋

Class is donation based give what your heart desires. 🌕🙏🏽

@sephology (Joseph) will be assisting with body healing tools and techniques for energy breathing.

I thank you in advance for your support in past or future community meets. 🎊💛✨

xoxo J.V. 💙🌕🎊🎉
