Don’t mind me !!!! Just salivating !!! Had to spin this guy up IMMEDIATELY!! Introducing our very first colorway pairing for the Witch Hat Atelier seasonal mini🌟

Problem Child of the Great Hall (variegated) and A Gentler Kind of Magic (tonal) come together to bring life to the very first episode of this show. When Coco (in all her childlike curiosity) can’t help herself but to attempt to cast magic of her own, of course it all goes so terribly wrong 😭🩵 To save her from her spell, Master Qifrey bursts through the door and out the window with her, using his sylph shoes to make a quick getaway. The visuals in this scene are absolutely stunning, and are a huge indicator of the level of talent and skill that went into making this gorgeous show!!✨

Our variegated lays on a base of fading midnight with splashes seafoam, neon greens, and spearmint with a finish of black speckles. Our tonal is a mid-tone soft teal, to match Qifrey’s apprentice uniforms 🥹✨

These colorways and more will be available next week, Thursday, October 29th at 7pm CT! You’re gonna LOVE what we have in store for you 🩵

Our next Seasonal Mini is here and I cannot tell you how badly I hope everyone gets or shares a Crunchyroll account to watch it!!😭🩵

I was introduced to Witch Hat Atelier by my wonderful neighbor and have since become a little bit obsessed with Coco and friends and her sidekick and her teacher (that I’m definitely hot for, but what’s new)🤪 This show is so uniquely wonderful for the way it encourages these girls to be just that: pre-teen girls 😭🩵

My heart explodes with every episode as I experience the whiplash of soft, cozy slice of life with the harsh realities of living in a world where magic can be wielded.

These colorways (and more goodies!!) will launch next Thursday, October 29th at 7pm CT! I cannot wait to show you what I’ve dyed up for them 😭🩵✨

Saturday, November 21st, from 10am-4pm, we’re transforming the space to offer y’all a jump start on your holiday shopping and to hang out with fellow yarnies 🥹💕 I’ll have lots of yarn, quilted project bags, spinning fiber, and Blind Date Kits, along with some snacks and drinks. Bring yourself, your bestie, anyone! All are welcome!🩵 (please leave your pets at home)

Meet the #OrbiterBeanie!

The Orbiter Beanie is a classic ribbed beanie design with folded brim. This is the sister design to the Northern Attitude Beanie, with the same fit and shaping but with a fully ribbed body, so I went with another Noah Kahan inspired name for this one too! It is a simple, classic ribbed beanie that is perfect for fall and winter, and could be worn with or without a pom pom! It has crown shaping to fit the head, rather than the pointy/raised crown you see in some beanies. The hat is knit top down, in the round, with an Italian Tubular bind-off for a finished edge. This beanie pattern is offered in 3 different weight options (DK, Worsted and Bulky), and 8 different size options (Preemie up to Adult Large).

Note: The bulky version only has 6 sizes due to stitch counts requirements during the crown shaping.

The test call went live in my discord yesterday, but I'm still looking for testers for sizes 1-4 (preemie, newborn, baby, toddler) in most weights!

This design looks fantastic in a tonal or a variegated yarn! I used @pasleyknits Blueberry on Cash Sock held double for the tonal blue sample, @treehouseknits All the Stars Aligned on Dove DK for the blue variegated sample, @zeezeetextiles Rudbeckia on Classic Worsted for the purpley grey variegated sample, and @reddoorfs Misty Step on Calssic Bulky for the greeny grey variegated sample!

Presenting the PIPER PLAID SHAWL!!

I love this shawl. And I made it last fall, so I’ve had to wait months to be able to break it out and wear it. Made with @reddoorfs variegated (I got hearth) and @wecrochetofficial Capra, this shawl is my quintessential plaid shawl for this fall.

In July ⛱️ we went to Greece, hiked the Appalachian trail, built many mtg decks, celebrated Summerween, had a date on a plane, and I pulled THE one ring!

7. Summerween tradition! We carve watermelon in July and make mocktails with watermelon salads with feta and cucumbers

8. Played some bloomburrow bunnies with friends 🐰

9. Planned an elaborate surprise date on a plane for JJ and I on our way to Seattle for the Flock Fiber Festival!

10. Another big surprise, taking J to see THE Mox Boarding House (it’s where card kingdom lives!) we played a Lord of the Rings jumpstart and I pulled the One Ring! I thought it was a $15 card… it’s $150
