Shots from last weekend at the @ttf.team triathlon

I want to say thanks again to everyone who was a part of this.

5 people participating may not sound like a lot, but to us that was enough. Fuck, we would’ve done it if no one showed up 😂

No one dying was a HUGE bonus.

We learned so much about what it actually takes to run these things.

Next year is going to be awesome.

Thank you to all the volunteers, the participants, and the families and friends who came to cheer them on.

My first triathlon experience

Thank you @ttf.team fam

Forgot to leave my times in here:

1km swim: 22’39
40km bike: 1:29’23
10km run: 1:01’53
Total time: 3:00’54

Didn’t have a goal time in mind for this one. Beating this next time is the goal.

Wow, what a ride putting together our first triathlon event. From fearing nobody would show up, to almost cancelling because of smoke and so many more ups and downs, we made it happen.

Shoutout to all of the participants and the volunteers who made it all happen, we appreciate you all so deeply. We’ll be looking back on this day smiling for a long time. It feels like the start of @ttf.team origin story.

Couldn’t be happier with today and can’t wait to keep showing up with and for our community in the future🤜🏼🤛🏼

THE RUNNERS OF @ttf.team RAN THE LENGTH OF BC!

1,100 km. 30 days. 14 humans.

Top male: Chris — 230.13 km.
Top female: Arielle — 75.6 km.
Both of these killers will be enjoying a prize (announced soon👀).

Weekly and monthly challenges are just one of the many ways we stay actively focused on moving our bodies and hitting our goals.

The next challenge is already being planned. Discord link in bio - don’t you dare miss it.

It’s crazy how quick things change when you surround yourself with people who are also showing up for themselves. Progress becomes a normalIty, accountability becomes expected, and momentum builds.

We’ve been out here honing the best community with Type Two Fun so that everyone has a space to set goals, check in, and share wins and struggles. We’ll let these messages speak for themself.

Don’t go through another year of giving up on your goals. See them through with @ttf.team

FIRST KAMLOOPS EVENT! COME LIFT A LOG 🪵

We’re stoked to be doing this and it’s going to be with some super cool people.

We’re partnering with @sfsg.rc and @logjamcoffee to bring you the T2F X SFSG Log-jam at Logjam! (thank you @ghanycz for that incredible title).

Join us at 9:00am on Jan 25 at Logjam Coffee where we’ll do a nice run with the SFSG crew.

You pick your own distance to run. And for those of you who want to, we’ll bring the log to run with because why the heck not 🪵

See you there!
