Before I go on my March journey, it’s important to also stop and reflect on the year so far, what have I noticed….

Opportunities and Growth!

Some of the best opportunities in my life haven’t come from having it all figured out,
they’ve come from being open enough to just say YES anyway.

Yes to the conversation.
Yes to the invite.
Yes to the thing that feels a little uncomfortable… but also weirdly aligned.

Because on the other side of that has been:

✨ new rooms
✨ real memories
✨ genuine connections with people who actually want to see you win

I’m learning that when you show up fully present, honest, a bit vulnerable…..you find yourself right there, surrounded by the right people who you need in your corner.

And when you surround yourself with good humans who back you…
Everybody eats!
Everybody grows!
Everybody wins!

Building a life surrounded with people like that….I can’t explain in words how much it’s changed my mindset on everything🙌🏽

At the same time, I’m also very grateful for the moments that have shaped me, the people who have taught me, and for the people who direct me with their wisdom.

But most of all, I’m grateful for the real MVP in my life……Banjo🐶

I recently came across a newly opened Pilates studio in Perth called @redefinedstudio_au,and it’s a little different from the usual ones. It’s a more “self-guided” style space, with screens that walk you through each movement, how to set up the reformer, and the right form to focus on.
The pace is easy to follow, so there’s no pressure at all.😌

The studio is clean, calm, and fully equipped with new machines. You can follow the screen step-by-step or move at your own speed, which makes it perfect for anyone who feels shy about joining big group classes or just prefers working out independently.
And if you get tired halfway, you can pause and take a breather without feeling rushed.

If you’ve been wanting to try Reformer Pilates but weren’t sure where to start, Redefined Studio is such a welcoming and beginner-friendly place to ease into it.🔥🏋️
